let's move this biotch to Monday Night

heard that they're expecting bad weather on Sunday and to make matters worse they're playing a high school game on Friday and a college game on Saturday. What kind o shape will that field be in. I hope we're not looking at another game like the opener against the Bears last season.

It will make it a bit of a comparison game between Purdy and Trey's game if this is the case.

The Bears field also had a problem with poor water drainage. It's one thing for rain and wind, but when drainage is bad then the footing sucks. I don't think it gets worse than the Bears in regards to the field having puddles everywhere.

i don't think any field is prepared to drain that much water properly

If that's your only example, it's not a good one. A bit behind Aiyuk, but contested isn't the same as interceptable. Portraying that pass as a clear-cut interceptable ball is stretching, IMO.

Now, a late throw in the flat or on an out that gets jumped and dropped by the DB? Sure.

Meh it was a bad ball. Not the end of the world, but it was underthrown/late.
The niners have had 5 of their last 6 seasons start on the road. Three of which started with two back to back road games. Can someone tell me what the niners did to Goodell to piss him off this much?

Fans were sweating too much in the Levi's September heat so the league helped them out.

I thought it had something to do with the heat at Levi's stadium early in the season.

It's the sun reflecting off the damn glass from the suites. It's like a magnifying glass effect.

I would blame the sun.

It's at 13:42 here

That defender did not "contest" the ball. He had his hands out to catch the ball until Aiyuk poked it away. Even the commentators said the defender almost came down with the ball.

It hit Aiyuk in the hands. That's a drop.

All this because Lance busted out.

Is this actually reported? The league has modified the schedule to avoid the heat at Levi's?

No worries, our QB is better and so is the run game. Kyle's offense is an all weather offense. I just hope our offensive line plays up to expectations.
