Probably. But there was no reason for him to sign. He knew he was going to blow this year, so signing this offseason probably would've cost him some money. With that said, even with the escalated price, it will be worth it. We just need to scout well to find our future 3rd and 4th receivers, because Jennings won't be here past 2024 and anyone beyond him is still unproven (not counting Ray Ray).
