Hmm lol I liked hockey and watched it regularly way before 2017. I sense cup envy lol. #stillbitter jk 🙂. I mostly was a Habs fan and watched lots of Canadiens hockey before the Knights came around.
But srsly though, it's true that there likely weren't a lot of hockey fans here before the Knights. I barely knew of any lol. Most probably didn't know what a hat trick was or even cared haha. Nevada just was not a sports state, we were mainly a casino & cowpoke state for a long time. Like Stone was saying, there weren't many kids learning hockey when they first came here..now there are lots. So, that's a good thing.
