You are not wrong, I fully expected to be 2-3 at 5 and completely not be worried about it.

Not me. I was probably 50-50 on the Pitt game going in, but the slow starts the last two years (at least the primary reason) was corrected coming into this year. We're off and rolling.
that slowness crept back in, in todays game

It's also possible that we still end up 2-3 after five games. Lol
Can we give my boy Mad Leg Moody some props?' Dude crushed a 57 yard kick and everything else.

Losing to the Giants and the Cardinals...YIKES.

Sounds like Brock when through his read and found Deebo but overthrown.

Id rather see Purdy recognize and take those shots and miss than Jimmy G not even noticing or attempting to throw those deep shots.

I'd rather see Purdy take those shots and hit them.
can't hit them if you don't throw them

He has before and he will again. Just be happy hes taking those shots.

A little bit, but getting a road win against a divisional rival when you don't play your best game is a positive in the league IMO. It's not always going to be pretty. We're going to continue to get better provided we stay healthy… we also have a lot of margin for error with the talent.

He did kick a ball out of bounds.

As long as hes making his field goals he can kick it out of bounds as many times as he wants.
At least Niners didn't leave Aaron Donald unblocked. Brock mightve tempted to squeal like Geno

No, lol. Still off to a very good start especially considering what we saw in the preseason and some minor health question marks.

I have confidence he'll eventually hit those intermediate/deep shots. Felt like he did last season, just overthrew them by a little bit today. I'm interested to see if he improves on it by the end of the season.

i think he will too. not sure why some are upset. He still hasn't played a full season of games
Missed a couple deep balls but still came away with the W
I feel like for the most part the Niners have kept Aaron Donald in check for all his career games against us
