Nope. If you attempt an extra point or go for two lose 80+ yards and get a safety it counts for 1 point for the opposing team. I personally think it should count as a instant win the for the team no questions asked.

Are you sure that wouldn't be just awarded zero points? I know there is such thing as a 1 point safety, but that's for the team attempting a PAT / 2-point conversion after a touchdown.
