i just want to see him keep improving and growing. His personality, leadership, competitive, etc are just ideal so far. If we found our guy…… 💦💦

I'm okay if he sits this one out or at the very least, if their up going into the 3rd quarter, let him sit.

I'm a believer but it's too soon to say he is "the answer". I think he will be but it's only been like 9 games. Lol
Running back Christian McCaffrey leads the NFL with 268 rushing yards entering Week 3 and has recorded at least 115 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown in each of San Francisco's first two games. McCaffrey can become the third player ever to record 115 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown in each of his team's first three games of a season, joining Pro Football Hall of Famers Jim Brown (1958) and O.J. Simpson (1975).

Since Week 13 of the 2022 season, McCaffrey has scored a touchdown in 11 straight games, including the postseason. With a touchdown on Thursday night, he will become the fifth player since 1990 to record a touchdown in 12 consecutive games, including the postseason.

Brocks fav but he should sit. If we can't win with all these other weapons against the Giants there is an issue. Brandon has worked his way up to my 2nd favorite offensive player. We need him later. This is what depth is for. He has no reason to play unless he is near 100%.

Lmao nah. I think we've seen enough of Brock to know he can play in the league and at a high level. I just want to see him play throughout the ups and downs of a full season. All the situations he will be in, adversity etc. i feel really good that he will be awesome for us.

when I think of saying you have your "guy", that means he's a top 7 or so qb in the league. A guy that is an elite qb who is reliable week in and out. That's at least the way I view it. I think Brock can do it, I just want to see how he does throughout the season.

For example, I loved the way he closed out the first half. That showed a lot about him in a very positive way. I loved the way he responded against the raiders last year when the defense was worthless for some reason (hungover). Lol I just would like to see him handle the entirety of a season and it's challenges, week 5 will be a big test for him etc.

like I said, I THINK we found our guy. I love him. I'm as big as a Purdy fan as there is. I just think we need to see more of him before we can concretely say we found a legitimate franchise guy.
I expect Aiyuk to go, even if he is limited in the game. With the longer break after this game, he should hopefully be recovered OK then. We'll see. On paper, we shouldn't need him, but paper isn't reality all the time.

I expect BA too..he's too damn hungry..unless it's just too bothersome but he's pretty tough

I honestly doubt he sits. Maybe he won't get a heavy work load, but I bet he'll be in there to at least see what he can do. It's a contract year, and he knows it. The effort he was putting in even during preseason, was off the charts. And he toughed it out for most of the game, while in obvious pain.

Probably remembers Purdy playing the game in Seattle with a broken rib and wants to be here for him like he was then.
