This year they are a well oiled machine coached by a guy that knows all our intricacies and weaknesses. And unlike Kyle, Mike McD coaches with balls. He won't shrink in crunch time. As good as our D is, our weakness on that unit plays into the Dolphin's strength. They have great receivers. Outside of Ward, our corners are shaky.

let's all pray collectively that we don't have to face that team in the SB

lmao

Isn't it only week 3? I think we should see if players like Tua, Mostert, Hill and Waddle can even make it through an entire season healthy before worrying about them. I do like the fact that if we make it to the big game, 3/4 of the favorites in the AFC would be a rematch.

That's just DR's way of saying, they have a good squad, and it would be great to matchup vs those guys for all the marbles

Coming from someone who's parents always told them "a watched pot never boils"…sometimes I wonder if I didn't watch the championship games… would it improve our odds actually winning it all?

Maybe I'm reading too much on the double slit theory.

I get it, last week everyone thought the cowgirls would go undefeated. Guess overreacting is part of the fun roller coaster that is the NFL season.

This was the same kind of stuff being said in the game day thread Thusday about how great Dallas was and how they would destroy us because our defense sucked.

my favorite time of year
One angle on MIA vs DEN is DEN fired Fangio, and MIA was out to get revenge for Vic

in a related note, we play the Cards this week
33-10 Niners.

They aren't balanced enough, but it'd be cool if they did

a niners dolphins sb would be sick

Not balanced enough? Great offense, good running game and improving defense. They'll be there, Shanny vs. McDaniels.

It's going to be us and the Dolphins in the Super Bowl. You heard it from the penis.

Which way is the PP leaning for that game?

PP? The penis is leaning for us of course.

Sorry Mayo, I didn't mean to offend the penis.

You know better.

Remember the 49ers did very well against a high powered offense led Miami team the last time they met.

Miami is not making the Super Bowl lol

If they stay healthy I think they will. That Miami team almost beat Buffalo in the 1st round last year with their backup QB. They're not only talented, they're very well coached.

Tua isn't going to stay healthy, and even if he miraculously does they'll be one of those teams that start hot, flame out by the second half of the year, just to lose in the wildcard or divisional. The AFC is still KC's to lose unfortunately

Tua, is their only question mark. Can he avoid the concussions throughout the year?
