Yeah, I'd say so. He had a pretty long touchdown run against the giants in the first half. He's def not a statue. He can move pretty well, nothing special, but more than enough to where it needs to be paid attention to.

He's been impressive considering that he's a career backup and they traded for him just 2 weeks before the season started. He was supposed to just be the tank commander, not actually win a game.
