Is there a longer tenured GM/HC pair in the league right now that haven't won a SB?

I for one love it. But I am an unsavory character, and can not be trusted.
But what do you think?
Can confirm.

Sean McDermott, and Brandon Beane. Maybe the same tenure, though.

I'm confident they will get it done.
People saying about Seifert just look at how that works letting good coaches go, or ever at Harbaugh.
Dont do it you end up being garbage for years.

And if they had won at the clip that Shanny and Lynch have, it would have been the right move
So the bar is winning regular season games? Thats not what jed promised us when he hired shanny.
We hang superbowl banners...
Yes I agree. Jed should not have extended Nolan. Guy couldn't coach. But that combo did acquire talent. That shouldn't be a bar for extending a coach.
Here's my take. Shanny has some great qualities.
He is a great scheme guy.
He can gameplan
The players believe in him
He keeps the team competitive
He holds players accountable
He clearly wants to be successful
He also has some qualities that could stop him from being a great coach
He is hard headed
He needs to do things his way
He puts his qbs in harms way.
He puts all his players in harms way. ( did I see bosa and Williams in with 3 minutes left last night? )
He sucks at drafting top draft picks esp rbs.
He sucks at in game adjustments.
He makes boneheaded mistakes at important times.
I.dont feel comfortable with Shanahan making the right decisions at crunch time. I just don't.i lose my mind during games because shannys decision making drives me f**king nuts.
I just may be scarred from the superbowl.

Remind us when he actually said this.

As for the extensions, this is really good news. The team is competing for a SB going on half a decade now. This is the golden age of the York ownership.

They cost us at least two Super Bowl wins by choosing Cousins (who we never even got) over Mahomes. BUT... they have set us up to potentially start a new dynasty, or at least get one ring over the next fear years.
So, extensions earned.
So, extensions earned.

And that nonsense drove away plenty of talented people. It's not like dumping Seifert got them any closer to winning a SB either.
Eddie D was good when there was no salary cap and you could spend whatever you liked in. In the modern era where everyone has the same exact spending restrictions, his impulsiveness would only be a detriment.
