Only one guy I can think of that they could bring in from the outside to try and salvage the season.
If he's interested in the job then I can't think of anyone else better suited to hit the ground running and actually do a better job than Wilks.

100% needs to be fired. hire internally. d-line coach or safeties coach or linebackers coach. figure it out shanhan/lynch.

I don't think they move off of Wilks, just letting him leave quietly in the offseason, but if they did make a move, I'd call Zimmer up and throw the bag at him, give him the bye to get up to speed and figure out his approach with this lineup.

So ur saying just do nothing and let the season keep sinking? Not sure about that. They would lose the locker room.
Still above water at 5-3, they can salvage the season IF they make a major change and show the team they're committed to winning.

Never thought Id be saying this defense was a liability . Had no confidence today they could stop them
