Yah don't think the possibility is strong.

Never underestimate the ability of the Browns and Lions to be the Browns and Lions.

Haha. Now THAT would be historic.

Those knee biting Lions be REAL !!!
The bigger storyline is how well the DLINE played.
A really tiny story is that Wilks came down from the booth.

Just please god defend the screen pass, that was like 90% of Jacksonville's offense

100% agree. Other teams will follow the same route.

Great game by the 49ers. Brock played really good. He took what the defense gave and did not force anything. Defense looked better the pressure on the QB was evident today and it showed by the coverage in the secondary QB had little time to throw.
Areas of concern.
After the scripted plays are gone the offense seems to stall. That needs to be fixed.
Screen passes are hurting the Defense.
The facemask penalty issue against CMC seems to be a real thing not a myth.

Other than that I was pleased with the play today.

It must be something about the scheme the Niners use because they consistently have problems stopping screen passes no matter who they play. They usually don't cover them well and they are always outmanned. It doesn't help when they don't tackle well.

Have you noticed that after the scripted plays the offense seems to just go away?
I know right. Cant a whole game be scripted. I mean we scored a td on the first drive and then nothing all game. Oh wait what was the score.

Duh! Of course. But that's usually a result of staying on script and not forcing it.

kyle told greg papa its turnovers

so

DC just needed to be on the sidelines

I am just saying the offense went stale after the scripted plays did you not see that? It has happened in other games also. They did great today but that is something I noticed.

Yes good point. Kyle can go into the game plan next week knowing they played a perfect game and there is nothing to critique from this one.
