Idk about iphone but on android if you just go to the top of the page and swipe downward it will refresh the page.

Speaking as an IPhone user you scroll down until you see the site you're on on the bottom and next to the name of the site there's a half circle arrow sign you hit that. Or you just scroll up all the way until the page runs out and you'll see a loading sign on the top and the page will refresh
