So, the road to the Super Bowl goes through Philadelphia...twice.

Gonna be fun, y'all.

We're not going to beat them twice. I don't think we'll beat Dallas in a rematch in the playoffs.

Our road to the SB goes like this

WC - beat the Vikings or Seahawks. If we're lucky GB sneaks in and that should be an easy victory

Divisional - will have to face Dallas or Detroit whoever is the higher seed. We can beat Detroit, but will not beat Dallas second time around….this will be their SB we're not beating 3 years in a row in the playoffs. So our season ends here.

NFCC - play Philly or Dallas and will not beat either. Sorry folks, the truth hurts.

we lost this season the moment Moody botched that kick in Cle followed by Wilk's all out blitz vs Minnesota.

But hey at least we signed boy genius to another 6 years of almost…..

I'm not as pessimistic as you.

I don't get the pessimism either, specially when Saleh's defense was able to cause 3+ Eagle turnovers and beat them. Our defense should be better than the Jets defense if you ask me.
I watched the whole game today vs the bills. I think they are vulnerable. Smashing them is a real possibility honestly if the teams plays how they have the last few weeks.

Now given that I think it's a coin flip or less we beat them in the playoffs if we win. If we lose theres no way in hell we beat them in the playoffs.

It's win maybe or lose lose imo. They have too much confidence now if we don't knock them down I aee them winning the SB at this point.

"All gas. No brakes." 60 minutes.
This game will determine the trajectory of the remainder of the regular season.

If we win, gotta start running the table to try to get that #1 seed.

If we lose, the stakes change dramatically. The only goal after that will be to win the division and clinch a top 3 seed instead since there is no way we catch the #1 seed at that point.

I still think we can win the Super Bowl if we lose, but it'll be harder. We will have to either a) flip the script in the NFC Championship or b) hope Dallas flips the script in the divisional round against Philly.

What you said rings true, but keep in mind health is a big factor in the playoffs too. Jalen's not exactly 💯% and there is still 6 games for the injury bug to affect both teams. And no, I don't wish any injury on EITHER team. I think if the 49ers are 100% healthy, they have a great chance of beating the Eagles next week.

Eagles are going to go after Jaiyer, that's a given because we lost Hufanga. Losing Odum is going to hurt, but Luter and Bell, I hope can make up for that. We're +11 in turnovers and the Eagles are hovering somewhere at zero-ish. I think if the 49ers win the turnover battle, 49ers win.
Hopefully our O line can move the Philly D line they are stout against the run , not sure if Fletcher Cox is hurt since didn't see him come back in the game today. I think we can pass the ball on them but don't want to hear not to give CMC to many touches this game because if we lose it will make it very hard for us to get back to the Super Bowl.I think we should be fine on D if we can get pressure on hurts and win the turnover battle.
If I was a Philly fan I'd be pretty worried. They are currently a serious of fortunate events but all good luck runs outs.. They need to change course quickly!!!

We got beat up by Cleveland, and the lasting effect screwed is for the next 2 weeks.

If we can lay the wood on Philly, I can see them stumbling in their next 2 games at Seattle and at Dallas. They could very well end up the 3rd seed (Detroit as 2) or 5th (Cowboys as 3) if the stars align, but it starts with a beat down of epic proportion from the 49ers. Something very comparable to what we did to Dallas on week 5…
Philly had trouble stopping the run in 2nd half. D line was getting gassed. 9ers will have 3 extra days of rest. Pound the line with CMC, Mitchell and Mason. They also lost 2 D lineman to injury, groin and hamstring, not sure they'll be ready for Sunday. Buffalo and KC beat themselves, Philly is beatable.
That pass-rush is a freaking menace and Reddick is an elite edge-rusher that is going to destroy McKivitz if we don't give him help with double blocks or chips from Kittle/Juice and the interior of that D-line is even better with Carter/Davis/Cox and I remember well that the Browns just killed our interior in the entire game.

The only way we can throw against them is in short-yardage situations because is we get stuck in 2nd or 3rd & long we're gonna be screwed.

We'll need our running game at its best to avoid long-yardage situations.

You can be sure that they'll play.
A little early to tell but it could be pouring rain like today's game VS. The Bill's.

Purdy gloving up or will the ball be fumbling out of his wet hands again?

49ers -1.5
Do AFC teams just not realize there is a 2nd half? Chiefs and Bills both blow it against the Eagles.
