He's absolutely right. Nothing wrong here.

Still bulletin board material. I bet our guys keep quiet this week and go out there and ball this Sunday. Let their play speak for itself.

I'd rather we lose this game but beat them in the NFCCG.

DAL a factor also, imagine if we beat PHI then DAL also beats PHI in DAL.
you would then have 3 PHI losses, same as DAL

Would be great if Dallas wins the division over Philly.

Their victory in January was cheap.
My entire family are eagles fans. I was born and raised in South Jersey. This game is personal to me on so many levels. We should win, but we need the good Niners to show up

Could happen
I know we thumped DAL, but I still view them as a contender

SF, PHI, DAL, DET
the nfc contenders
If it's raining the niners will lose. The offense has not played well at all under Shanahan in rain games. And it's supposed to be raining. DAMN!

stop whining about the rain

I REALLY hope it doesn't rain.

I also really hope it doesn't rain. Lol I f**kin hate rainy games. HATE them. Almost as much as I hate the Seahawks and cowboys. I like football weather. I sure don't wanna play a running qb in the rain either. Huge advantage for Philly.

i want bills to win this weekend and hurts to be hurtin, but injured, but not feeling good. Lol
Why? I've been told countless times on this forum that the rain doesn't matter, even that the Niners played most of the games last season in the rain, and we obviously know how well they did.
There are 0 positives to playing in the rain.

The forecast says 30% of rain for a day next week lmao in other words it's probably not going to rain, you guys find the most minor things and stress over it

It's pretty easy to connect the dots about why we hate rain games- We still have PTSD from the Harbaugh-era NFC championship game and expect Kyle Williams to come in and fumble it.

Its more recent than that. The ATL game in 2021 and the CLE game earlier this season is what has me apprehensive when it comes to rain games. Hope Purdy is spending this week working with a wet ball.

Let's get both

You beat them now in their house and you have more confidence going into that playoff game.

if we lose we effectively hand PHI the better seed for postseason
If that fat motherf**ker Jordan Davis lands on Purdy, he's going to break BCB in half. I thought they were going to bring out a forklift to get that dude off the field during yesterday's game. That dude reminds me of the old school 3-4 nose tackles you'd see in the 90s.

would we say that's what we were aiming for on Kinlaw?

Well yea that is obvious. But we could beat them and still not get the #1 seed as they would still have 1 game up on us. But beating them in their house would give us confidence in playing them again in the playoffs no matter where the game is played.
