Yea. It seeems to be all about alignment and having a guy who can time the snap count and hit the QB at the point of attack. Obviously its not going to be 100% affective. Probably not even 50% affective. But if any defense can make it work atleast once in a big moment of a game, its this defense.

They run some fakes out of it too like a quick handoff to one of the RBs to run outside
