right? tons of money could be made on this game

IT IS.

It's the Prime Time Sunday Afternoon game. How is this hard for you guys to understand? There is prime time Sunday morning, Sunday afternoon, SNF, MNF. But they are NOT ALL SNF games. OK. Probably 95% of the country gets this game sitting on their couch unless your team or region conflicts somehow. That's good enough.

No, this is Fox's game of the week. Prime time is SNF.

Fox has prime time games as does CBS, ABC, NBC, Prime Network. They all do. Get it? Yes you have such a thing as Prime Time Sunday Morning and Sunday afternoon games. The game most of the nation gets like this one. Of course Fox wants to protect this game. It's a big hit for ratings. I don't blame them.

A prime time game is when there is no other competing game on at that time during prime viewing hours ..get it?

Fox and CBS have Prime Time Games. Sometimes called "game of the week" where 95% of the country will get it. It's not just SNF. LOL. Of course they want to network protect that game and can you blame them? Get it?

Thankfully this is not a primetime game. I don't want the Niners playing in primetime against that team at the Linc

What a bum! He signed a deal and now he is whining about leaving to take the money because he got paid by a loser. He had a clear choice. Chase the bag or chase the ring and now all of a sudden he has buyer's remorse? I don't get it

If Teams would start blowing it up before the ball is hiked then I think they would think twice before running it.

You don't think that's been tried yet? I would be dollars to doughnuts that that the strategy you have suggested, plus many others, has been tried in an attempt to stop the "Tush Push." All of them have failed. The 49ers do not have the kind of beef on the defensive line, nor at linebacker, to stop a play like that so my hope is they aren't forced to try. The 49er defense relies upon speed, quickness and leverage technique to stop opposing offenses. This does work and can work against the Eagles in many cases.

But not against the Tush Push. Forcing the 49er defense to try and stop this play is just going to result in injury. So, it's my hope that the 49ers are up by 35 points before the Eagles are in position to attempt a Tush Push. Because, even if they get it, it won't matter.

Saleh beat the Eagles this year, not by outscoring them, but creating (I think) 3+ turnovers.

Pretty sure they still outscored them cuz if you don't outscore the other team it's hard to win.
