Investing substantial resources in the position is a reflection of putting a premium on the position. I mean they literally used a first-round pick in their first ever draft on a LB. They've drafted a bunch of LBs(Reuben Foster, Fred Warner, Dre Greenlaw, Dee Winters) and given sizeable contracts to Malcolm Smith and Kwon Alexander. Hitting on Fred in the 3rd and landing Dre in the 5th doesn't diminish the fact that they've absolutely put a premium on the position.

Also found a stud in UDFA in al shaair Azizz (or however his name is spelled). We have quality depth along the linebacker position, not just the starters. It's very impressive.

I am purposely being disrespectful now after we whooped PHI but it's time for the pregame SEA thread now. I know SEA has been plotting ten days to beat us and Geno will do what PHI didn't and that is to try and win from the pocket with the quick release game. He won't be trying to do an impression of Russel Wilson like Jalen did and it's must win for SEA

Could be a letdown game like CLE after beating the cowboys. They'll definitely dig deep in their trick plays book.

So I've turned on a few different shows, and it's crazy to me how so many of these analysts keep mentioning the Eagles played 3 games in 13 days and 49ers had 3 extra days of rest. Also Eagles had injuries.

Hahah you have got to be kidding me on how hypocritical this all is. So many analysts and all the Eagle players/fans all offseason long talked about how we would have still got killed in the NFC championship game last year if Purdy didn't get hurt.

So having no QB and playing with 10 guys isn't an excuse, yet us having 3 days of extra rest is the reason they lost. LOL how much sense does that make? Eagle fans are extremely stupid delusional cocky pricks. They're also huge bandwagon fans who start booing their 10-1 team if they have a couple of bad offensive drives lol. Also Eagles still had their great Home Field Advantage.

It's very clear when all teams are on their A games and officiating is fair, that the 49ers are the best team in the league. Most rounded with crazy talent on both sides of the ball. I think the Ravens are also a great team all around. Niners and Ravens are best two teams in the league imo, but I think we are better than them.
