SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS at PHILADELPHIA EAGLES - 2023 Season Game 12

Also that rule says he has to come to a complete stop after this "adjustment", and he clearly does not do that.

I'm not defending it but simply relaying how NFL referees explained why it's not getting called and will not be called unless something changes with the rules.

Also, I think it's funny people b***h about Lane Johnson when Trent Williams literally does it too. Rather than cry about it, I would prefer McKivitz starts taking advantage of this as well.

TW twists his foot, LJ is actually moving backwards when he raises that foot. Thats the difference

Lol no. He literally does the exact same s**t every single game. Eagles fans are all over Twitter crying about it. A lot of the elite tackles do this. Players should adjust and take advantage of it.

This is why I think Eagles are 1 game into a 3 game loosing streak.

Offensively, good luck doing what the 49ers did. Defensively, I feel the 49ers did expose Hurts as a subpar pocket QB.

I'm curious to see how Dallas defense gameplans against Hurts.
To me, their MO feels more like disruption with their pass rush, causing turnovers. For us, I feel like we're better equipped to containing Jalen Hurts because I think we're a more disciplined defense.

With the way philly is DVOA graded and it shows, it's easier for teams to have better offensive output than Defensive (Coverage/Secondary is not as good for phil)

I mean, YEAH. If everyone could do what the Niners do, why aren't they? It like the rush push in Philly. Not everyone CAN do it.
