That's for the Doug Flutie movie. They both are the same height.

Doug and Tom both listed 5'6" - 5'8" give or take 1". Pretty much identical height.

I bumped this thread up so that people who may be fairly new to the Board, like I am, can read it.
I cannot stop laughing! This thread is hilarious!
[I hope I'm not breaking any rules.]

I can't offer any humorous comment. But I do know some screenwriters.
I personally love the concept, and I believe it could work. It all depends on the script.
I don't think him actually winning a Super Bowl is critical (for the movie that is. Of course in real 49er football life we want him to).
Becoming a starting QB and making it to a Super Bowl is enough (for a proposed movie, in my view).
And it would have to have some gripping, intense, subplots.

His John Deere breaks down on the cornfield, can't get it to start. While troubleshooting the problem, a field mouse runs over his Ariat boot and makes a dropping. He then decides it's getting too dark out and will work on it the next day. On the way home....*intense music starts*..
