SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS vs BALTIMORE RAVENS - 2023 Season Game 15

You'd think an offensive genius could game plan around that

If offensive genius could always game plan against the talent against them then Walsh would have been far better against Parcells.

They're playing Miami at home next week so we'll see if its the Dolphins.

I don't think the Doplhins can. Now watch them go in there and beat them since I said that.

Dolphins is pretty much the niners..lol. I mean Rams almost beat them so we'll see.

What happened to Brock tonight? Did Shanahan just do a "Pull the QB to not hurt his confidence no more than it has to be?" Or not to risk a serious injury due to the Raven D? I want Brock to play next week I was just saying if Sam has to play he will be ready.

Brock got dinged up and was struggling. No point in putting him out there and risk worse. Regroup and bounce back next week

After the first pick it seemed the rest was inevitable

Started to feel that way

1st pick was a terrible decision. 2 others could be argued as flukes, but we're also bad decisions.

Watch the other pass plays Brock had though. He had 2 other picks dropped.

He easily could have had 5 on his own tonight. He was terrible.

Maybe he's hurt, maybe the MVP talk got to him, but he was awful tonight.

Why does Clowney always play us like his hair is on fire 🔥

Both games missing starting LT for chunks of the game (full game in 19 i think).

Solid point

The only silver lining is no other NFC contender is well rounded like Baltimore. They match up well with us.

Ravens won't make it to the Superbowl. 49ers record against AFC North teams this year. 1-3. And I dare say if they played the Steelers some other week than the first they may be 0-4 against them.

I would have a hard time betting against them. Especially if they get Mark Andrews back.

What team in the AFC would beat them at home?

I think the Bills can beat them at home.

Maybe. Buffalo is very inconsistent.

Didn't feel the need to risk further injury behind an OL bookended by McKivitz and Moore?

And if you don't trust those guys enough to put Purdy behind them, why are they even on the roster?

Yes my thoughts exactly.

Obviously Walsh is no offensive genius, being held to 3 points in consecutive playoff games.

There are such silly, ahistorical takes around here.

Yeah thats the scary part are the Rams starting to play their best ball right now?
They came off hot throwing the ball but didn't rely too much on the running game. I just don't understand why they stop running the ball.

Burner account?
I want the Ravens in the Super Bowl.

I know it's asking to play with fire, but if we can get the rematch, I like our chances a lot.

Two weeks to go over everything from this s**tty loss and throw the kitchen sink at them, I'm liking it.

Oddly, you never know.....could the Ravens have been the type of team you'd want an Alex Smith style game from? It's like, we moved on from Smith because of the Giants, but he was like 5-1 career vs Carroll (including in KC).

The way we barely beat the Cowboys in the playoffs.......was very nailbiting, but zero turnovers.

I just don't think the Ravens are the '85 Bears. And if Kyle calls plays to see what the ravens are doing, now we saw an entire tape of what they're capable of....

If we can't beat them in the bowl, then maybe Purdy isn't the QB.....maybe.

This. I wondered why he come out throwing. But regardless, BAL DL was just too much for the OL.
