SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS vs BALTIMORE RAVENS - 2023 Season Game 15

Got demolished at home. Everyone gets those hiccup games…it was pretty bad though
He's going to have to run the ball heavy if we meet again. They were sitting on those progressions. John has Kyle both figured out in the passing game and has the talent to short it out. Scheming guys open against the Ravens is a nope
It's crazy every team in the nfl has a chance to sign Lamar Jackson and passed. I don't know how anyone thought that guy wasn't worth two first round picks.
Completely different game if we take care of the ball. Now we need to win the next 2. I don't think the commander game will be as easy as it should be on paper.

If we score that opening TD, this is a different game. We don't need to overhaul much, just don't throw 3 INT's in the first half. If we see them again, confident that we will win comfortably.

We always play like crap against crappy teams.

The d played good enough to win last night. When an offense gives up 5ints and the defense holds the other team to 33 thats a good night.

Other thing the 49ers have to win out for the one seed. Cause the Eagles won't lose another game.
First pick was a bad read, second a bad break, 3rd bad decision two flags, late across his body, 4th hit as he threw.

Anyhow we need a serious upgrade center to rt. Last year it got Purdy injured, this season against good teams we're seeing the same thing.
Burford has regressed in both blocking and coordinating the blocking, McKivitz is a liablity, to often missed his blocks in Passpro.
Running to the right also barely works.

Are we back to that level of play during the 3 game losing stretch? Or was that a hiccup? There's no bye this week to rest and reset. This week is where Kyle and company earn their money and coach their a**es off to have them prepared for Washington

The offensive and defensive line playing is a mess right now due to injuries and bad ref calls. That's a bad recipe for success.

Yes, Lamar can run and evade…but he killed us mostly with throwing because he was comfortable in the pocket. Making no excuses,
but the 49ers were continuously held and the Ravens never got called..This referee was the same one who screwed us against KC by not calling holding Not calling holding favors the team with the weaker pass rush. And this is how they can favor one team.

Ravens were better at getting to the QB making Brock uncomforable. Shanahan should have seen that early in the game and adjust to call more run plays or even screen passes, and play action fakes. I don't think he even knows what a screen pass even is. He got out coached by their DC because his play calling was too predictable.

Shanahan needs to focus on preparing his team to play with discipline and strategy, not focus solely on designing dazzling plays to show off. Play calling seems to be taking away from his responsibilities as a head coach.
Just a horrid game and now we have to ride this mess into the SB to prove otherwise. Nothing can erase this in the next two games. It's going to take a SB match, hoping, Ravens, to prove we are the best.

Media having a field day today..
Not only did Raven figure us out. Injuries are starting to pile up. Tackling has gotten worse every game without any signs of improvement. Special teams is ass. Everything is pointing downward same as it was when we had that three game losing streak. Watching the Rams and how Stafford is playing… that's a very tough game. Losing the first round bye would be a death sentence to us.

Purdy is gonna get trashed this whole week. Hope he can take the heat he is going to be getting. It's going to be rough.

No, for now we lost to the best team in the NFL who came to play as unrespected underdogs.
You have to give the Ravens credit. They came in with a top defense and showed why. They covered the receivers close enough to force 2 INTs on batted balls. The put constant pressure on Brock and kept the Niners from hitting a lot of big plays. All that was left was the run and nce they went up 30-12 that was pretty much out the window. To make things worse they committed 6 major penalties that allowed the Ravens to keep drives going.

I don't know why but ths team and Harbaugh have the Niners number. One victory for the Niners since Harbaugh became HC. It doesn't matter who the Niners coach is or who the QB is. It doesn't matter who the Ravens QB is or where the game is played.
