SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS vs BALTIMORE RAVENS - 2023 Season Game 15

The put constant pressure on Brock and kept the Niners from hitting a lot of big plays. All that was left was the run and nce they went up 30-12 that was pretty much out the window. To make things worse they committed 6 major penalties that allowed the Ravens to keep drives going.

I don't know why but ths team and Harbaugh have the Niners number. One victory for the Niners since Harbaugh became HC. It doesn't matter who the Niners coach is or who the QB is. It doesn't matter who the Ravens QB is or where the game is played.

We've only beaten them twice all time, going back to 96.

I really dislike the Ravens.

This is what I don't get. Why can teams dissect our offense, then plug in designs to nullify our schemes.

Meanwhile our defensive coordinator goes in with the same f**king game plan every week and hopes it works. Our f**king defensive scheme is so player dependent. Individual guys have to be able to make plays. There's no team scheme and it sucks. Wilks blows
No way am I blaming the defense. Even after the third INT the defense was stopping the ravens. The offense threw the defense under the bus. They finally broke. I'm not gonna blame them for last night.

lol team was torching the Ravens early on, but when you commit as many turnovers as they did, you're going to lose. It's not about whether the Ravens have our number or not, it's about if the Niners can compete with legit teams in the AFC, we got outplayed by the Browns, Bengals, and Ravens. it's clear they can kick the frauds of the NFCs ass

Anyhow we need a serious upgrade center to rt. Last year it got Purdy injured, this season against good teams we're seeing the same thing.
Burford has regressed in both blocking and coordinating the blocking, McKivitz is a liablity, to often missed his blocks in Passpro.
Running to the right also barely works.

Agree. I don't understand people arguing against upgrading the O-Line with a high level draft pick. If we continue to ignore the O-line, then we need to expect to continue losing key games because we can't give the QB enough time to get the ball to a receiver. We've all seen what happens with Trent William's can't play. The O-Line needs to be a focus this coming draft. ( and I wouldn't mind a good corner also ).

Much respect to the Ravens. A very talented team, great QB, and well coached. I think, despite the game yesterday, the 49ers are real close though, but the Ravens deserved that win last night.....

This x 100.

With arik out probably for the rest of regular season, Lynch needs to get more DL in here. Hell, get some OL depth because we might not have a a complete OL next week

You know, I hate to bag on Lynch cause he did such a good job putting together this roster the last two years. But he'll probably bring in more cheap ass veterans to try and hold the fort down. Trent Williams, Aaron Banks, Javon Hargrave and Arik Armstead all injured, this is no time to f**k around and be cheap.
This game was an anomaly. So many weird things happened, self-inflicted or not. The stars were aligned for the 9ers to lose this game the way they did.

Turnovers and abandoning the running game from the get go was the main culprit.

They were missing Williams and Deebo for the Browns and Bengals game.

Both of them sucked last night, but Purdy should get a ton of blame for that loss.

Our corners are good this year. Draft needs to be trenches heavy especially oline

Purdy absolutely deserves part of the blame but Shanahans game plan was the biggest issue of all.
