Their D won the game
Had a very Rusdell Wilson like game. Scrambled to buy time and hit the backyard plays.
Agreed. I like Lamar I think he's a stud at what he does…he's not a pure pocket passing QB or someone that's good at timing/progressions

I just knew you'd show up after a loss. You haven't been here during the winning streak. Coaching hasn't been a problem during the wins but during a loss that's all you focus on. Five turnovers. I checked the stat sheet and Shanahan didn't make one of them. Time for you to begin a new rant, this one's worn out and not valid, never was.

realize we got a holding call on a key 3rd down I believe and the guy held is Willie Snead. He maybe catches a pass every season, it was away from the play,
refs didn't cost us one thing last night, I guarantee if a 49er made a play like that and we got a pick, none of you is asking for a foul,
let's take the bias out of it
All I want is for the refs to call the game with consistency is all. Do I blame the refs for losing? No. We lost because we turned the ball over 5 times.
I don't think the refs have any agenda this team over that, and I walked away from last night not even thinking about the refs. If anything, a ref legit tripped Lamar in the endzone and we got 2 pts and the ball out of it. That was kinda hilarious and it all went downhill..
Did I say they had an agenda? I
on consistency, that can be read in only 2 ways imo. Either they aren't consistent cuz of human error, or cuz more nefarious reasons. I wasn't meaning to call you out. I do see on here commonly, that the NFL is rigged, or the NFL is biased. That appears to be a common fan opinion. So I was speaking more to that, not you specifically. NFL will never be 100 percent consistent, unless you want to all-22 review every play for violations and have it sent to NY to weigh in. Even then, you can have instant replay reviews where the 'rules expert' says one way, and the on field review team goes another way.
there's some subjectivity, in what a foul is or isn't. I don't feel that was a foul, you can contact other guys if you are not impeding and playing the ball (incidental contact)
Yes. Intentional or unintentional inconsistency. I never stated which. You are the one who keeps throwing out trigger words. I am not just refering to this game when it comes to officiating. Its league wide and the NFL needs to do something about it. Also, that call on Lamar in the endzone last night was horrendous. They should have just let that penalty go since the ref accidentally interfered with the play.
Let me say it again. We lost this game because we turned it over 5 times. The ravens defense read our plays like they were the ones running them. We were very predictable. Brock's first INT he was slow to get to his 3rd read and threw it late. The others were great plays by the defense and yes, Brock was pressing to make plays when he should have just protected the ball. Hopefully the coaches get into his head this week. We can't have that s**t in the playoffs.
The defense was playing really well until they felt like they needed to make a play to stay in the game. That's when the damn broke. The fact that we were -5 in turnover differential and only lost by 2 scores is a demonstration of the talent on this team. We out gained them by 86 yards and converted 3rd down at a higher rate. Most of their scoring came off short starting field position. I have no doubt we will bounce back and make a deep run in the playoffs. I would love nothing more than to face this ravens team in the SB.
I agree. Not only did Brock turn the ball over often, it was often when backed up on the 49ers half of the field, leading to excellent field position for Lamar to operate from. You say they were trying to make a big play and maybe that's the case. What I saw was when the 9ers came out to start the 3rd and Brock threw a pick the defense deflated and basically quit.

I will say he is the best player in the NFL today.
He turned the Niners into his little b***hes. It was so easy.
And he 1-3 in the playoffs 😂 so glad you won your Super Bowl.
Outside of that back breaking drive to end the half. Lamar did nothing special. Turnovers killed the 49ers
Yup. He played a really good game. Nothing that wowed me. A more careful abd patience offense I wonder what happens. And we got down before the defense could adapt to how Lamar was playing. I'd love to play them in the Super Bowl. Great opportunity to see how everyone has grown.

Yes there were 5 T.O.s …but i wonder what would have been the outcome if we had a game plan that was more dink and dunk. Why?
Because we had a limping OL going into the game, followed by more OLs getting injured as game wore on AND, Ravens front 4 were just having a field day with our hurting OL. Brock then had to unload sooner or a handful of times just took sacks. Had we been throwing underneath, I wonder how that would have turned out? ??
As for the DBs, what passes they gave up was almost matched by the # of PIs or holding penalties. Bosa played contain, and still Lamar got away to run around and find a receiver who was open…or he torched us for 12 yard run. He couldn't have played any better, and reminded everyone watching who was the MVP. I hope Kyle can take the O and D and come up with a better game plan for both, with Wilks of course.
Overall, Ravens beat us , outcoached us , and deserved to win. The fact we lost by only 2 TDs with 5 TOs, tells a different tale as noted by YAC above. Without those TOs, we probably win. Rather lose now than in the SB. If anyone can figure out how to handle these birds, it's kyle…that will have to include the D also, unfortunately.

The 1999 St. Louis Rams give me hope. That year they loss to Tennessee 38-23 in the regular season. Then in the Super Bowl, the Rams beat them 23-17.
I'm hoping history repeats itself.

First and foremost, the Ravens can chirp, they have the right however, just like me, vegas thinks the same. Ravens by 3.5 at HOME versus the dolphins? Hmmmm, Ravens got everything they needed last night. Was a bad game all around. From playcalling to the product on the field. Bad week. We will win the SB and I welcome a rematch against the Ravens. Vegas would have is even bigger favorites I guarantee you that. I think the Chiefs will beat them but none the less. Things fell for the Ravens in perfect order.

I rather not have to play them again.

The Ravens had to play their absolute best on all sides of the ball to beat a struggling Niners team. We see them again in the SB and definitely won't be the same result. I ain't worried.

3:0 turnover ratio at halftime and it was a 4 point game, says a lot. The 2nd half was a joke though.
I would like a rematch in the SB, personally

I went back and watched the game again. The 1st 3rd and 4th int I'm like what is he thinking? Grant you on the third one he was severly under pressure but he should have just thrown the ball away. On the other ones yeah there was pressure but I did not see it has extreme. I am sure he will go back and watch the tape and learn.
The Ravens are nothing special, the 49ers outgained them even with the 5 TO's

Rams had 5 fumbles, 3 lost and 15 penalties. Titans jumped out to a 21-0 lead in the 1st. Warner had 300+ yds passing and 3tds and 0 ints.
