They be dumb to lose out on a top 3 pick with meaning less wins. Trading away the assets they acquired from the Montez/Young trade, just to trade back up to the spot they were at is beyond pathetic, aka Panthers.

Yup....the game will be much closer than expected. An east coast game coming off an embarrassing, humbling loss with injury concerns is a recipe for such to happen. Whichever QB plays for Washington will look like a future HOFer.
