Some of those dudes you're mentioning are PS players and you can only activate 2 per game…unless guys go on IR or are cut.

it's not that simple. It's not a preseason game

Ahhh you can only elevate two PS players without having to make roster moves….

The #49ers get to activate 48 players of their 53-man roster. They'll get an additional 2 practice squad elevations.

There's 5 injuries: McCaffrey, Gipson, Brown, Thomas, Armstead

Makes it that much harder to "rest" guys in Week 18.

Brandon Allen is not gonna be the next Kurt Warner. He's already established he's nothing more than the next backup QB you never wanna see in a real live game ever for one damn second. Except for this week.
