Hawks - Enjoy beating them and that means there was some first round hilarity.

Rams - Same as above plus vengeance for what I feel was worst Kyle era postseason loss.

SB - Don't care who we play. Sweetest victory would be Baltimore or KC.

I frankly don't care who we get in the NFC side. We've already spanked the Cowboys and Eagles this year, and none of the NFC really scare me.
I actually want a rematch with the Ravens though. I'm so confident that Purdy's 4 INT game was just a one-off game, and the whole team tilted out of frustration. I feel good about a rematch.

Dolphins would be fun.

I see the L to Baltimore as a blessing. Lot of talk about how difficult it is to beat a team twice in a year, and I don't see any possibility of Purdy throwing 4 picks again. Without those, didn't the Niners outgain them in the air and on the ground? Plus, given the adjustments game to game, I have more faith in our staff than theirs.

Yardage in a 5 turnover game, with a multiple score deficit... yeah, can't draw too many conclusions about that. To some extent, part of that is garbage stats.

But the opening drive, we showed we were capable of moving the ball on them. And CMC was able to run pretty well. I'm confident if we play them again, we won't turn the ball over, and hopefully be better prepared to corral Lamar. They're the team I want to beat.

Ditto. KC would be my 2nd choice but not looking like that'll happen.

Lamar Jackson-led Ravens are 1-4 in the playoffs since he came into the league in 2018 (part of that was his youth/inexperience + being hurt in one of the games—the other was having Greg Roman as OC). He's 1 win from being the Tony Romo of the AFC. Ravens are benefitting from a down year for all the usual AFC powerhouses and hurt QB's this season….would lmao if a team like Houston blindsides and upsets them.
I WILL say that, although I don't really fear any NFC team, I kind of don't want to play the Rams.
Matthew Stafford + Kupp/Nakua can dink and dunk our defense all game long, negate our pass rush with short passes, get the defense tired... and keep the game close enough to try and sneak a win. I highly doubt they can pull it off, but they're certainly capable of executing a balanced offensive gameplan against our defense.

Agree with the concern. They are the scariest offense on the NFC side in a matchup against our D.

I still think our O works them though. It's just a matter of how limited our looks might be if they can control the ball against our defense.
Don't care, just win a SB.

Cant argue against any of this.

I think the NFC East is still up in the air, so I'd like to knock out Philly in the divisional round. However Dallas would be funny for s**ts and giggles and yes, the Rams in the NFCCG. Of course, it could just as easily go the other way and be Rams/Cowboys or Rams/Eagles.

Super Bowl, Kansas City, Baltimore, or Pittsburgh (I like Tomlin).
