I see the L to Baltimore as a blessing. Lot of talk about how difficult it is to beat a team twice in a year, and I don't see any possibility of Purdy throwing 4 picks again. Without those, didn't the Niners outgain them in the air and on the ground? Plus, given the adjustments game to game, I have more faith in our staff than theirs.

I like the loss because it gives us an idea how how and elite team will defense Purdy.

It was a free look at the best defense we could face in the SB… outside of Cleveland possibly.

It certainly didn't hurt us.
I really don't think we want to see the Rams. The rest of the NFC is beatable for us, the Rams though would cause problems.

Our pass rush is garbage, Stafford would have all day to do what he wants. Arguably the hottest, most talented arm in the league with a couple of talented receivers and a good RB could mean big problems.

Hopefully they go down early.

Would like to see the Bills make the SB so 49ers vs Bills.

They were really impressive against the Giants today
My ideal run.

Hopefully Philly wins the division.

DAL or Rams. Fine with beating either.
Philly in rematch with a healthy QB.
My mind wants a Baltimore rematch but my heart wants to play Buffalo in SB. My boss and BIL are Bills fans.

Truly all I care about is a rematch with Philly in NFCCG

I agree with Honeybadger. They matchup well with the Niners and know all their tendencies. And they run the ball downhill. I'd say Cowboys then Rams are the biggest threats

Rams defense is terrible. We'd easily put up 35+ on them
I can't decide if I'd prefer the cushy route or the revenge route...

This. Need Armstead in there then do 5 down against Lamar. We'll beat them. Brock 4td's
* Bounce Eagles.
* Bounce Cowboys.
* Bounce Ravens.

Lombardi trophy #6.

Yardage in a 5 turnover game, with a multiple score deficit... yeah, can't draw too many conclusions about that. To some extent, part of that is garbage stats.

But the opening drive, we showed we were capable of moving the ball on them. And CMC was able to run pretty well. I'm confident if we play them again, we won't turn the ball over, and hopefully be better prepared to corral Lamar. They're the team I want to beat.

And to be honest, even with the 5 turnovers, they were still in it until the end.
Obliterate the Rams

Obliterate the Eagles

Obliterate the Ravens

Then win another SB next year by Obliterating the Chiefs.

Get Revenge for a couple NFC championship losses and our two SB losses.
It is an interesting question

I dont like the idea of playing the Cowboys not because i don't think we are the better team but we beat them 2 times in a row in playoffs and a 3rd time in regular season there i cant imagine a team more motivated to beat us than them

They'd be off two playoff victories and more confident than ever… having reached a level they haven't seen since the 95 playoffs (provided they hold on to the 2 seed).

Still wouldn't be too worried. The games are supposed to be hard and we match up well against them.
