Let's talk about the biggest threat the Niners might face to get to the Super Bowl.
Honestly I think that a healthy and rested Niners team playing at home is gonna cruise to Las Vegas but if I have to pick a team that I think can give us problems it would be the Rams.
Yes, the Rams mainly because of their offense.
They started 3-6 but since then they are 6-1 and the only loss was to the Ravens in OT.
In those last 7 games their offense is averaging 403.8 total yards and 29.2 ppg. We know that Stafford can make all the throws and Nacua is great and Kupp is back but the reason for that offensive success is the running game. In those 7 games their running game is averaging 141.7 ypg with Kyren Williams averaging 120.8 ypg. In the 5 games before that he averaged 59.6 ypg.
Right now the Rams are the second best offense in the NFC behind the Niners and their O-line is really good executing inside zone and with Kyren Williams now they can run well for the first time since 2018 when they had Todd Gurley.
On the other hand the Rams defense isn't good and Shanahan/Purdy can move the ball at will on them if they don't turn the ball over but the Rams offense would give us problems if we have to face them.
I think that a Rams-Niners playoff game would be a high scoring game with the Niners winning but it would be very stressful to see their offense having success against us.
Thoughts.

I agree with the Rams. I saw a scenario where we could play them twice in a row week 18 and our first playoff game since they will either be seed 6 or 7 and we as the 1 seed play the lowest advancing team.

It would have to be a team with a really good defense, and I really don't see that in the NFC.

The biggest threat in the NFC is the 49ers. They have a 10-1 record against the NFC with a +170 point differential. They are 5-0 against NFC teams at home with a +94 point differential. They are 4-0 against current NFC playoff teams with a +86 point differential. IDGAF who comes to Santa Clara, they getting mollywhopped.

Their quick-pass offense was rough on us and our pass rush. That certainly would not be a fun matchup. Legit concern. But Wilks and Kyle should still have the extra prep time, health and ability to adapt for them this time around.

Eagles
People forget this team was on fire for most of the season. They are slumping but they are still insanely dangerous.

Not with Matt Patricia as their D coordinator.

Cowboys or Eagles. Those two can explode for scores at any given time.

They'll also be out for revenge after getting their asses whooped by us In their own house.
With that being said, I don't see any team from the NFC being good enough to beat the 9ers on the road.
I'm still thinking it'll be 9ers - Ravens super bowl.
