It'll be a blowout. Lol Green Bay doesn't stand a chance. People are emotional and think Jordan is Tom Brady all of a sudden. He's good but the world is about to find out he has a long way to go.

he's beat a lot of crappy teams, a couple good wins, I'm not worried at all.

After we beat the packers this weekend, we will be tied with the patriots for the most post seasons win of all time. 😎

Then when we beat the lions in the NFCC, we will be the sole leading franchise in nfl history with the most post season wins.

baker had a perfect game against this very "scary" Green Bay team. Lol

Then we will have 2 more post season wins than the patriots and tie them for the most SB wins by any franchise.

it's going to be amazing. Year 2 of the Purdy Era. Just getting started, baby.
Just an update, the light rain expected on Saturday is projected to be hours before the game. Should have some good football weather.

We will get there soon 😈. Have Brock for a couple more years on the cheap. Even once we extend him, we can make the cap hit low. Just look at the structure of Hurts. He made(cap hit) $6M in 2023, $13.5M for 2024, $21.7M for 2025 & $31M in 2026. They added 4 void years to his contract though. So they'll be giving him money for the next 8 years or so. I'm curious how that'll affect them down the road. With rising salary cap, it shouldn't be a huge deal.
I trust our front office to do some responsible and effective structuring though.
if we do a similar structure, we will have very affordable (and top notch) qb play for the next 5-6 years at least, we will be able to put together an awesome squad for a big championship window. We are in great shape.

My thoughts:

Not that Bosa has had a terrible year but if we can get DPOY Bosa and Warner to play at a high level for 3 games, we win the SB going away. The defense has had some good outings this year but the scary thing is that they can be so much better. Sack numbers were good this year but there were stretches of play where there was no production. Sack totals per game vs opponent:

6 vs SEA
5 vs PIT, JAC
4 vs DAL, TB, SEA
3 vs CIN, PHI, ARI
2 vs NYG, CLE, BAL, LAR
1 vs LAR, ARI, WAS
0 vs MIN

We are going to need to show up with consistent pressure and have a couple of 4-7 sack games to ensure a SB title. This defense is capable of taking games over. Let's find that form this week vs GB.

Matchup-wise going forward, the Packers don't really concern me one bit. I think CMC will run all over them behind a healthy offensive line (which we haven't had for weeks and now we finally have everyone back). After that, between Tampa and Detroit, I think we stomp both in a hypothetical NFCCG matchup. Tampa (believe it or not) may be the harder matchup since they have a better all-around defense. However, they have no run game on offense. We are a complete mismatch for Detroit. They are one of, if not the worst pass defenses in the league. Their numbers against the run are better but nothing that will neutralize CMC. On offense Detroit is good at running and passing but the fatal flaw is Goff at QB. He is absolutely no threat to run and he is turnover happy. Couple that with his poor numbers against the blitz, I don't see how they have a path. Playing on the road and out of their comfort zone of indoors, makes them my preferred matchup in the NFCCG.
The same people thay are picking Green Bay are the one's that are saying Texans stand no chance against the Ravens

Yeah, my app says pretty much the same thing. Good possibility of rain this Saturday.

So it's not going to rain? Got it

I am not directing this at any zoner but seriously....30% chance of rain in relatively warm weather?

come on now. this is not a real concern.

Here in Hawaii when it rains its cold as f**k at 70 degrees. Let Europeans deal with that madness!!

haha
