I've heard he's all the way up to top 5 QB's in the league. let's pump the brakes a bit.

Like Brock wasnt 17/24 252 yards, 4 TDs 0 int against Dallas this year. It wasn't the playoffs but Brock's first game in the playoffs last year was 4 total touchdowns and 0 picks. It's funny because if Brock was a first round pick - they'd be talking about him the same way.

its all good. We are going to kick in the packers teeth. It's just a matter of time. They stand 0 chance.

100%

the way the media is fawning over love has to do with him being a former first rounder, but whatever, we see through it now.

just want brock to ball out and win it all. the national media can kick rocks.

I'm with you. I think it's cool when someone gives him the respect he deserves but if they don't, i don't give an eff. It's all good to me. I just want our boy to start stackin jewelry.

i remember how long it took for the league to finally accept Brady as a top tier guy. The same will happen to Brock.

This group of 49ers has tasted too much disappointment in the playoffs to be over confident, imo. If anything, I'm more worried they'll be too tight and not play loose to start this game. I think the 49ers are the ones that might need a punch in the mouth to get going since they haven't played a meaningful down in 3 weeks. But it's a veteran group outside of Brock, they are focused from top to bottom.

The biggest reason for my confidence.

49ers offense>>>>>>>>>Packers defense.

You can root for GB, if you like. Its your choice. I'd rather have confidence in my team that is playing at home and by all interviews and reports this week are locked in and focused.

I respect Cosell and Baldinger as the most unbiased national media guys. Both have packers as a good rising team, lots of offensive firepower but questionable defense.

In terms of confidence I would say I am confident. Why?

  • talent advantage
  • rest advantage
  • rust disadvantage
  • short week advantage
  • defensive advantage
  • home field advantage
  • weather potential disadvantage
  • packers just have played their best game of the season, unlikely to repeat, also a jolt to Niners to appropriately prepare - no potential disadvantage

Now that we are a few days out from the game, I start to look at the weather more serious.

as of now, there is ZERO concern for rain. We are two days out and it's projecting potentially a little bit of rain early in the morning for a short period.

It'll be a great day for football and the stands will be boomin with 49ers jersey. Pack haven't practiced all week. It'll be a coming to christ moment for them.

Lol if anyone is worried we lose this game, they're scarier babies. Not a single thing works in their advantage for this game. They don't even have bad weather to assist them. It'll be a beautiful beatdown

I'm reading a lot of fans in here acting like scared p***y cats. No one is taking any team that made it to the playoffs (and won a game) lightly.

BUT if you look at the matchup, it favors SF in multiple ways….

-Love is vastly worse vs zone. Guess who plays a ton of zone? He's good vs the blitz. Who doesn't blitz a ton and rushes 4 guys?
-They're bottom of the barrel at stopping the run. Guess who's top 5?
-They blow at defending the TE. Guess who has an all-pro TE?
which team just played over 80 snaps on defenses on a short week on the road?
-who's playing at home & coming in the healthiest they've been since week 1?
-which head coach has owned the other?
-Kyle has carved up Joe Barry's defenses.

etc etc etc.

The only way these doesn't play out in favor for SF is it we turn the ball over 4/5 times and they play perfect football. Any given Sunday, but there's a reason they're 9.5 favorites.

I have the same vibe. A gassed and dinged team missed opportunities to close out the Rams after 2021, then an opportunity was unceremoniously ripped away in Philly. After those bitter disappointments I believe this team is 100% primed to take advantage of how well they're set-up to make the final climb to the summit.

The confidence of the fan base is irrelevant. There's NO WAY this veteran group takes the current opportunity or the Packers for granted.

🤣

lol gonna get off the zone and watch packers film now, i am locked in! have no fear!
You same guys afraid of the Packers were afraid of the CRY_Boys and Cry Eagles too. You will be afraid of the Lions next week.

The teams left in the playoffs should be afraid of the 49ers!

Apparently their nickel DB Keisean Nixon has been butt this yr. Wish we had a HC that would take advantage of that 😏
