Just thinking in general doesn't seem like we get much out of our slot wr. Maybe 1 or 2 3rd down catches

Yah that's because Jennings hasn't been on the field.

You same guys afraid of the Packers were afraid of the CRY_Boys and Cry Eagles too. You will be afraid of the Lions next week.

The teams left in the playoffs should be afraid of the 49ers!

Don't forget the Rams. They were apparently a Super Bowl lock until the Lions beat them. Heck some may say they're STILL a lock!

Deebo/kittle/BA can and do all play out of the slot.

Not sure how often we use 3 wr sets but Jennings averages almost 3 targets per game and has 12 FD on 19 catches.

And CMC and Juice.

What I don't want is for them to be overly confident at home thinking they likely have this in the bag...that being said, punch these guys hard in da moufs

This group of 49ers has tasted too much disappointment in the playoffs to be over confident, imo. If anything, I'm more worried they'll be too tight and not play loose to start this game. I think the 49ers are the ones that might need a punch in the mouth to get going since they haven't played a meaningful down in 3 weeks. But it's a veteran group outside of Brock, they are focused from top to bottom.

Agreed. Largely though, the player interviews sound like they have a good balance of "relaxed, yet very much focused on what's at hand."
It feels like, similar to the Cowboys & Eagles games where the opponent was chirping, the 49ers have an approach akin to "We're coming to take care of business."

For everyone underestimating the Packers, I'd say though that they're peaking at the right time and they look sharp. They have talented players and scheme, and are beginning to believe in themselves. That's a dangerous team.

For everyone overestimating the Packers, understandable, they looked amazing versus the Cowboys. But everything the Packers do on offense, we do better and have more proven playmakers. We have a stronger defense, while the Packers defense hasn't shown themselves to be anywhere near an elite defense like, say, the Ravens.

My guess is that the Packers keep it close in the first half, but we pull away in the third quarter due to our talent difference and win by 10.
I'm amped to watch a fresh and healthy CMC gash this defense. Kittle will abuse them hell out of their linebackers. Aiyuk and deebo will bully their corners.

since Alexander is injured, the only position they have that's decent are their d linemen. Does anyone know if Feliciano is going to be starting at RG?

Kind of alarming if you are a Pack fan how they made Mostert and Kaep look like Bo Jackson, and now we roll in with a HOF level RB and LT. vs Joe Barry D.

It's like I say, most of the Pack forum this week is doing the Dr Ell routine, probably, I mean I haven't checked..

Yeah I remember guys posting how dangerous the Rams and Stafford were.

Yeah. One dude doesn't play specifically out of the slot.

Coach said both Burford and Felicinao will play. Similar to burnskill and Burford last yr.

i was also hearing from KP of ninernation that they will have a DL line up in the slot apparently…he said don't be shocked to see a 90 number opposite of Deebo at some point lol.

Really wish I didn't jump the gun on tickets after having six beers ten days ago...they've dropped by hundreds of dollars and I got serious buyer's remorse.

How in the hell tickets are going for less than 200 when the Ravens game was 800 for nosebleeds is shocking to me.

This is the true barometer of reality.
Packers fans not putting any money on their team to fly out and watch them get trounced.
No demand.
Vegas is praying idiots take this Packers bait that the media is casting out.
