I'm reading a lot of fans in here acting like scared p***y cats. No one is taking any team that made it to the playoffs (and won a game) lightly.
BUT if you look at the matchup, it favors SF in multiple ways….
-Love is vastly worse vs zone. Guess who plays a ton of zone? He's good vs the blitz. Who doesn't blitz a ton and rushes 4 guys?
-They're bottom of the barrel at stopping the run. Guess who's top 5?
-They blow at defending the TE. Guess who has an all-pro TE?
which team just played over 80 snaps on defenses on a short week on the road?
-who's playing at home & coming in the healthiest they've been since week 1?
-which head coach has owned the other?
-Kyle has carved up Joe Barry's defenses.
etc etc etc.
The only way these doesn't play out in favor for SF is it we turn the ball over 4/5 times and they play perfect football. Any given Sunday, but there's a reason they're 9.5 favorites.
👍👍👍👍
My only disagreement here is Dallas played a lot of zone last week compared to their usual man that they always play and he carved them up. I think our zone coverages are better though so theres that.
i forgot who posted it on X, But is was a quick vid of LB/Safetys being/taking themselves way out of position on everything it seemed.
it was a bad gameplan/planning
It definitely was even on the offensive side for Dallas. Even Greg Olsen kept bringing it up why they kept running so much on 1st down against their 5 man front when they don't usually run on 1st down as much.

No idea who that guy is, but good to know. Whether it's the slot CB or the third LB, Kyle will highlight the weaker link in the GB defense via personnel by using Jennings or Juice.
does Alexander shadow receivers?
If not, i would have Aiyuk on his side to test that ankle
I'm putting JJ on him and running it. Hell...any of our WRs will block his ass off in the run game. Jaire is a baller corner in pass pro but he's not gonna wanna get in there as much in the run game.

I would test his ankle in a double move.

I am feeling good about the Niners playoff run. Of the four teams remaining in the NFC the Niners are the most talented all-around roster by a good margin. Also, even though you can never be sure, I think a Cowboys-like choke is unlikely because the Niners' stars are not the type to choke. McCaffrey is gonna ball, Kittle is gonna ball, Deebo, Bosa, Aiyuk, Warner, Greenlaw, Ward ... these guys are dogs. I think it's fair to question whether Purdy will rise to the moment, given his pretty spectacular flop in prime time against the Ravens, but I think that humbling experience is going to re-center him on his role, i.e., protector and distributor of the ball. I suspect he got a little caught up in the MVP talk pre-Ravens and was trying to prove something and forced errors. I think he'll be all about helping his team now. Barring major injuries, this team is going to the Super Bowl.

I saw this video and it had all the same scores and coincidences as when the Rams won the Super Bowl in 2021. If all those things come true again the Bucs win it all lol.

Constantly in the playoffs & winning the division titles.
seriously though, the masses can't give Brock his due AND can't do it for Kyle? So what it is then?
Kyle's like 5th or worse in COTY running which is insane imo.
Ranking guys above who've never coached in the playoffs until now is an utter load of horses**t.

This NFC postseason bracket is a once in a lifetime gift similar to Brock's contract
