Purdy, Love and Hurts seem to be the NFC QBs for the next handful of years, anyone else?

hurts...

He was in the SB last season, and playoffs 3 straight. He's 25. He doesn't qualify?

and i like how Love wins ONE game and everyone (national media) is acting like hes the second coming.
he was dog ishhh before. lets slow ourselves down

He's not dog anything. Kyle talked about it. I think 21 TDs to 1 INT in the stretch run. Nick impressed also. I think he's one of the guys Purdy may be seeing quite a bit this time of year

I wonder if everyone will jump ship if he throws 4 interceptions on Saturday like they did to Purdy after the Ravens game...

If it's like that game and lot of fluke INTs, GB will take the L and think they have their QB of the F
most likely

Exactly, savage moved 10 yards up to jump a slant.. he wasn't just standing there

He moved to where he was SUPPOSED move to lol. That's why it was on Dak. He's throwing the ball to an area that will have a S just sitting there. That Savage's zone to cover. It wasn't some crazy anticipation by Savage.

He was basically standing there getting the world's easiest INT.

You're arguing semantics and not looking at the defense play call and what his job was on that play…unless you think Jonny is wrong & it wasn't a fire zone blitz?
it may be semantics ... My point/post is that they are going to bait Purdy on this same defensive play calling.

and i hope savage's aggressiveness leaves things open down field if Purdy can recognize it

Alex Kemp's crew will be officiating our game tomorrow.

Is this bad or good?

Idk much but what I was reading is that his crew throws flags at a rate of 43% on the home team.

The kemp crew threw more flags than any other crew this year. I believe it was that they averaged 12 flags a game. They were the crew during the eagles v 49ers game

Yea. I looked up their stats for the year. They average 7 flags for the away team and 5 flags for the home team. His crew also officiated our game in week 1. Both games were blowout wins.

Would be nice if they called offensive holding on Bosa.

Between 2004 and 2010, most of us have just blacked out on those seasons. Poor Gore and Willis.

Alex Smith was your Quarterback. We dominated the 1st half but you guys came back in 2nd half. I remember being nervous in that 2nd half as you guys edged closer.

Yeah that game was in lambeau. I remember Crabtree had a good game.

He had his first TD that game, that 2009 team was solid talent wise.
Man…..I'm getting nervous

agreed last few weeks packers look great they definitely had a rough stretch int he beginning. Love looked super inconsistent early in year especially with his accuracy

It seems like 49er fans totally despise us as much as Our divisional rivals do? Is that true?

You STOLE the Utah Jazz's (very corny) funky "Go, _____, go!🎶" chant….we really wanna import a lot more cultural enrichment to GB to diversify you for Californication and modern, progressive ideals. ACCEPT IT, bigot! 😤✊🏿

Jordan Love is a start….good job!

Excelling in the second half a season can't erase the shadow cast by the first half.

Yeah dak read the defense wrong, if he read it at all, and should of thrown to the slant on his far left. Instead he threw it to the slant next to it and it was picked. The slant next to far left was wide open.

it was a poor read on daks fault. He had guys wide open over the seam but kept just throwing it up to 88. In other words, not reading the progressions but choosing pre snap who he was throwing it too. Aka… jimmy g. Lmao

Exactly! He had predetermined the read and couldn't process any changes to the D. Jimmy D the same s**t.

im not trying to s**t on Savage. I was a fan during the draft process and I think he's a okay starter in the league. That play was all about Dak and Savage just running the defensive play call like he was suppose too. It wasn't some gut instinct or reading a play and making a jump on the ball. Dude just threw the ball where he's suppose to be 🥴

Savage is going to be hanging around the middle.. hopefully Purdy can see that

Doesnt he ply closer to LOS?
he was playing back waiting on that pick 6 last week.. i'm thinking their game plan is to bait Purdy in the middle

if our run game works than savage has to move closer to the LOS

Nothing they do to try and confuse Purdy will matter if we rush for 200+ on them. That's actually what I expect the Niners to do. It's not like Purdy has to go out there and be Allen or Mahomes. Just play within the confines of the playcall and hand it off to CMC. No picks and he will have done his job.

Now when/if we play the Ravens, chiefs, bills, or Texans, then we will demand more of him. But for this game, keep it simple and blast CMC, Mitchell, and Mason to a victory.

gotta keep proving yourself in this league, so far he's only proven to be a fraud

I wanted Savage in the draft too. Ran a 4.36 at the combine IIRC.

Then I saw the angles he took in the game Mostert ran for 220 🤮
