I'd bet you were convinced GB would win at home 2 years ago. Your hypotheticals are irrelevant. SF has been the better team all season and it's not close. Enjoy one last game and then have a nice offseason.

This x1000

Jordan Willis outscored the MVP of the league

I hope the team comes out like postseason NY, fired up and not having it. I like it

Love is in Love with his own fadeaway, we should pick one off and house it

lol I'm tired of the b******t and talking down of our team every step of the way.

pumping up lesser teams just because.

This is our year! we've paid our dues. Our roster isn't full of rookies who are dealing with first everything. We've been to the SB, we've been to the playoffs, been to NFCC, we've played in freezing cold weather on the road. We've won and tasted defeat.

we are no longer happy just being here, we got guys that are focused and a coaching staff that will have them more prepared than anyone else.

Was curious to see what he would say after actually going through and watching the 49ers.

I'll give the guy credit...he put in a lot of work and he certainly used a LOT of words to high level the position rankings. But it's crazy to me how the dude overlooks his clear bias when discussing this.

Guy goes through great effort to bash Purdy as basically getting away with stuff he shouldn't get away with. Hmm...maybe he's better than you think? Nah, just a 7th round pick who's getting lucky time and time again.

Either way I thought it would be interesting to see another POV on the matchup.

What work did he put in lol? He just mumbles around for paragraphs about guys he likes doesn't like. I see no nuance or football talk.

saying the packers have the advantage at WR/TE is about as homer as it gets. Not a single person is taking there's over ours

Am I missing some detailed breakdown videos or something?

dude sounds like any fan in a fan forum. Why is Brock "getting away with stuff" and Love isn't? Dude's constantly throwing off his back foot and just chucking it downfield.

I know I sound like a homer, but I got absolutely nothing from that "breakdown"

lol i just found out that's also Christian Watson's dad....no wonder he's got their receivers over the 49ers. I thought he was just a former player/current fan homer but his bias goes all the way into his son playing for them.

it's comical that some think this is going to be a close game. We will probably punt once or twice and it'll be in the fourth while we are trying to kill time. Green Bay isn't in the same realm when it comes to quality of the team. These young guys on offense are going to be confused and beaten down.

They sure didn't look all that confused against the Cowboys.

Lafleur will have them ready. He knows our defensive system quite well.

I really think the cowboys were a joke. I don't mean that in a way to diminish what the packers did, they played awesome and dominated them but I also don't think the cowboys were an elite team. They're a talented team with piss poor leadership and are super soft. All year, they struggled against any good teams and are a different team when they face adversity.

Same way we demolished the cowboys, they aren't in the same class as us (cowboys). I think the score will be 38-20, with the packers getting a touchdown late. I don't see their defense stopping us many times and I think that'll put their offense in a bind. Our defense is legit, especially when rested and healthy.

I agree the Cowboys were not well-coached. However, a good part of why they looked so bad last week was because Dallas underestimated the young talent on that GB team. I trust we won't do the same. The fact their defense practices against most of the stuff Kyle runs will make it tougher.

You are correct, the Cowboys did underestimate the Packers. I live in the DFW area and heard on the radio that one of the Cowboys players had booked a victory party at a popular night club after the game. Just goes to show that the delusion not only affects their fanbase, but their players as well.

The Cowboys should have blown out the Packers, but year in and year out, they show the world that they are pretenders in the post-season. This is why I am not crowning the Packers as this huge threat that a lot of people are making them out to be. They are a good team, no doubt, but the Niners are an elite team, and good is not going to beat elite.

I think we had you guys if that punt wasn't blocked.

Yeah, but if you didn't score the touchdowns, we had it.

It sounds like he's saving the actual breakdown details for the podcast he's doing but he claimed to have watched all our games so that's work of course.

But yeah that was my point essentially. Like this quote

"what shows up on tape is that Brock Purdy was the last pick in the Draft for observable in-game reasons, and Jordan Love was a 1st Round pick for observable in-game reasons."

I'm sorry but there was nothing from Brock on tape that showed he should've gone in the 7th round, let alone at the end of it. It's a homer way of saying "Love has the physical traits that get guys drafted in the first round and Brock doesn't"

But it leaves out the mental and football traits that are CONSTANTLY on display by Brock which would've had him easily drafted in the first round in hindsight.

I call b******t that he's watched all our games. He isn't gonna do some nuanced breakdown. He would have done that by now.

Brock has played amazing football this year. Regardless of where he was drafted. No his arm talent isn't elite. Neither was A LOT of damn good QBs in the league.

He's been all over my feed as well, literally paragraphs of nothing. A bunch of hot air and adjectives to making himself feel smart.

LMAO "we had you if we wouldn't have lost."

Lol.

Touchdown… singular. Another fraudulent Packers team that rolled through a weak reg season schedule in a bad division. Couple of great players on offense and a s**t defense. Same Packers story since 2011.

Bahahaha so literally we got a player's parent trying to come off as an objective analyst? Jesus might as well call up Jordan Love's mom and see what she thinks

I only read the one tweet. He is verbally intelligent and while he is obviously a bit bias and obviously not a film junkie. His takes in that one tweet were not bad. He wasn't talking a bunch of hate or garbage.
