And replace him with who?

My answer is HELL NO.

Zone is on crack sometimes.

Andy first was coaching in the jurassic period.

I am willing to stick it through.

This is the best team Shanahan has ever had. If they don't win it now they never will.

I think as Brock improves with experience, and maybe a better all around Oline, he'll be able to do more with less. That's my hope at least. Not to compare, but Rodgers, Brady, etc kept teams in contention for a long time with less talent at times. I think Brock, with Shanny, will become that, he's just getting started.

Increased pressure would be warranted.

Going one and done would be a historically bad outcome. I don't think kyle would be on the hot seat but he would be under intense pressure, rightfully so.

if anything, I could see Lynch retiring because he would be so disheartened and wouldn't wanna go through it again. Lol

If we go one and done, I will be disappointed and devastated for 7 months.

With that said, no, Kyle will absolutely not be on the hot seat. A lot of #1 seeds in the last 15 years have choked; 2010 Falcons/Patriots, 2011 Packers, 2012 Broncos, 2016 Cowboys, 2019 Ravens, 2021 Packers/Titans… and not a single one of them had their coaches on the hot seat. They all got at MINIMUM two more seasons.

I don't believe that, they can't give Purdy a new deal till after next season, so it's possible next years team could be even better. Only have to upgrade O line and DB.

If Shanahan doesn't win in it all this year this season is an absolute disaster. 9 pro bowlers and he can't win a superbowl?

1) The Ravens had 12 selections in 2019 and the Cowboys had 11 in 2007. Neither team won the Super Bowl.

2) Have you chosen his replacement yet? Or is that still an avoidance?

49ers are currently the betting favorite to win the Super Bowl after a dominate regular season, and you guys are talking about being one & done?…

.

Its "dominant", not "dominate".

I've never understood peeps who contemplate a negative outcome and then get all worked up over something that hasn't even happened.
Niners CANNOT have Buck & Aikman calling their game in the divisional round…0-2 this season when they call our games!
Fire Kyle? Surely this was just said as a joke, right?

I want good ol' Al Michaels
Bucs, Packers, Eagles and Rams in that order of preference. Really want to see what wrinkles Kyle has. Will Trent get TD? Will CMC throw another TD… maybe back to Brock? Want to see better tackling and stop the gashes up the middle. Over the years, there has been a few number one seeds that have faded in the divisional round, however, I think we clean up some areas, remember the pain of the last two playoff exits, and realize there has never been a better chance then now and we will be fine. Just need to go get it.

I think its just time for you old heads to finally cut cable. $50 T-mobile home internet plus a handful of subscriptions is like half the price of cable. Cable sucks anyway. 700 channels of nothing to watch.

How much did your cable cost??

I gave up cable over a decade ago. But my dad pays around $300 a month for cable.
