not disagreeing but where did you see that stat?

Guy Haberman and Middelkoff have a podcast that covers the 49ers and they spoke about it last night. He was reading off statistics he came across, so I don't have a tweet or article to link Unfortunately.

If you go on youtube, it was on the video he posted last night after the eagles got spanked.

this is the link - I don't remember the time stamp but it's a good listen. He gets into the packers v niners game after talking about the eagles.

After watching this Wildcard weekend, I feel it is time to overcome the big hurdle. Everything is lined up for us.

I'm calling it now - this next weekend will have the biggest surprises.

49ers vs Packers - 49ers Win 37-20 (they score some late points)
Tampa Vs Lions - Lions win 30-27 (get spanked by us next week)

Buffalo Vs KC - Buffalo wins (Pat loses his first road playoff game) 28-24

Upset of the week!
Texans Vs Baltimore - This is my upset pick. I Don't think its likely but I can see it happening. Houston beats Baltimore 30-24. DUN DUN DUNN

Lions Vs 49ers in the NFCC
Texans Vs Buffalo in the AFCC

Buffalo Vs 49ers in the SB - and ofcourse we slap the hell out of them. I'm a prophet.

Imagine if it was Packers vs. Texans in the Super Bowl. Goodell would have a heart attack. My Dad and his side of the family are die-hard Detroit/Michigan fans. He's been predicting a Lions/49ers NFCG for the past few months. That would be awesome but let's get past the upstart Packers first.

If we get to the Super Bowl unscathed I'd rather roll with Baltimore so there's zero doubt who the best team in the league was.
Having a limited edition, McCaffrey jersey being shipped to me, to root on the best rb in the league. It's black with red lettering, gold trim . It's totally badass just like CMC. I hope he steamrolls right through them lol. Finally, he has been able to be rested up and have good recovery time, I expect full, CMC beast mode.

I blame YacBros for enabling such a purchase lol. haha

Detroit V 49ers in the NFCC really wasn't far fetched. They were arguably the second best team in the conference. I just feel like there is a huge dropoff from 49ers to the NFC 2nd & 3rd seed.

hopefully the players aren't looking ahead like we are. we should be able to beat the packers but can't over look them. I do think teams playing with zero expectations are dangerous cause they're loose and not bogged down by pressure. but everything else is in our favor - short week for them, we have home field, they have injuries/we are rested. and the basic fact that we are the better team. lol cant wait
One other thing in the Niners favor is experience. They were in the NFC championship last year and lost any chance of winning when Brock was injured in the first series. Kyle has been in the playoffs 4 of the last 5 years. He's seen the ups and downs. Many of the players have also been in the playoffs. Their anxious to get that bad taste out of their mouth from last year. There's no way they should be overlooking anyone. Still, I'm a little concerned about the layoff. They could be a little flat in that first quarter so they need to make sure they don't let GB get a couple easy scores early on.

its the playoffs they arent overlooking anyone there is a chance we lose in general (bad luck, mistakes, injuries, etc) but i have 0 doubt we are overlooking anyone

Oh that is nice. My wife wants a CMC jersey. I need to find one for her soon.
F*CK THE PACKERS !
If we go through the playoffs with no major injuries, no turnovers and minimal penalties, I don't see a team left that can beat us.

Damn! If that is the case than I owe her 2.

She bought me an Aiyuk jersey last year. She really wanted a 49ers Robbie Gould jersey. Not only were they hard to find when he was a 49er, it became impossible after we let him walk.

I also have 0 concern regarding coming out flat. I think we are going to come out on fire on offense. I think our guys are going to be feeling good, energized, and chomping at the bit to go.

I am still a little bummed about letting him go but..onwards and upwards I guess lol. He totally deserved a ring.
