Not sure if this is true by Twitter is saying Niners will have 6 Prinetime Games this year
week 1 vs Jets (MNF)
week 6 @ Seattle (TNF)
week 8 vs Dallas (SNF)
week 13 @ Buffalo (SNF)
week 15 vs Lambs (TNF)
week 17 vs Detroit (MNF)
per NFL schedule leaks I thought we were supposed to play a divisional opponent the last week of the season interesting if true
Detroit in the last game is epic though but I think it's 18 weeks
I thought they had a policy that no team would get more than 5 prime time games.
I thought teams only play one Thursday game each year. Is that incorrect?
They've changed both rules. Teams can now have 6 PrimeTime games and now also play on Thursday multiple times.
Not a fan of that week 15 TNF game. Lots of bumps and bruises by that time of the season and now they gotta play on 3 days rest.
I don't like the Thursday games. It can really disrupt the schedule for teams that have to spend a day traveling. Travel Sunday night or Monday. Practice Tues and Weds. Play Thursday. Perfect recipe for injuries. I like it even less now that it's on Amazon Prime. F Bezos.
