It would be Miami's "home" game, so Niners would have no choice…at least it'd be in the same hemisphere. Also…Miami the only NFL team with marketing "rights" in Brazil:

…NFL likely wants a premier team for the Dolphins to play if they're gonna have a game in Brazil.

we're slated for Mexico and London. If we're going international, we will play in London vs Vikings (Both teams are designated for london)

Miami will get a bottom feeder team to beat up on

NEWS: The full @NFL schedule is currently slated to be released at 8pm ET on May 15, per memo to teams this afternoon from exec Hans Schroeder.

Teams had been expecting this week, Thursday. Reason for delay not mentioned in memo.

They had to coordinate with the Era's tour
when we look at KC season starts in their house, and their home slate is :

the division of course, LV, LAC, DEN
also CIN, HOU, BAL, NO, TB

on the opening game, I'm thinking Chargers at KC.. you get the LA market, you get Harbaugh who just won the NC, vs Reid who won the SB
you get Herbert vs Mahomes, it checks all the boxes

HOU at KC is also in the cards

we host KC so we won't see them week 1 confirmed
7/2 at home
5/3 away
The Detroit and GB games will be must see tv. Those teams will be revenge-minded. Can't wait for these ones

Probably is some conflict like this they need to resolve, with so many of the stadiums being used for other events.

Counting the playoffs we are 12-1 in our division the last 2 years with our only loss being the game where re rested all our starters vs the Rams. So I wouldn't be surprised if we swepted our division again. We own the Rams(atleast in the regular season) and we have owned the Seahawks ever since Russ left. And the Cards are going to be tough games and Kyler always gives us trouble but we should have no problem scoring 35+ against that defense. I have us going 3-1 vs the AFC east. No fear of the Cowboys or the Bucs. So aslong as split the NFC north we should win 13 games. Even with losing to the Chiefs.
