I am curious to see how people see his performance this year? He is getting interest as a Head Coach. Would you be sad to see him go?
I don't think there was a need for a new thread, but I'd say his performance in the playoffs will be my determining factor.....as for the regular season hes done an good job, but not great.

Good riddance
I read somewhere a coach needs to be with a team 2 years in order to receive draft compensation.

Pretty sure this is accurate.

If he doesn't get hired as a HC he's not getting fired.

our stats are idenntcal to last year in almost every category

by this reasoning Ryans did not do a great job last year
Just kick ass in the playoffs is all I care about rn. The extra rest should help the D and the whole team really. I don't give a s**t about his other prospects rn..get us where we need to go
I feel like folks were pissed off over the 3 game skid but he's been solid otherwise since coming to the sideline. Also players love him, you don't release a guy like this. Y'all are wild.

and whats crazy is during the 3 game skid its not like we allowed a crazy amount of points both the vikings and browns scored under 24 points. We only allowed 24 points 3 times this season. One was against the Cardinals where the game was over and had a TD with less than a minute left
Why don't we see how we do in the playoffs then discuss. If we win and it's a clicking D why would we want him to go?
It would be nice to have some continuity at the DC position but it's gonna be hard to keep him if teams are throwing money to make him a HC.

You'd still have morons who would want him gone lol

With the way things are going on defense, it looks like the talent is carrying the defense. not the DC/scheme.
Depends on how the playoffs go.

Can you show me the defense that was great b/c of the scheme and not the talent? The talent should be carrying the defense. They are the one's on the field
