Hoping someone just hires him away to be honest. IMO he isn't awful but he's not great, so you end up tied to him for a while bc well 'he's ok' however I feel like we could find someone better out there.

It wouldn't be a huge loss. I'm okay with keeping him though, unless the defense just doesn't look good against the Lions and if we make it to the SB

On the contrary. Saleh and Demeco were the biggest reasons why we made the NFCC games the past 2 years. We can honestly say this year it's because of Brock and the offense, which has been carrying the defense. Wilks is not that good…

I am saying Wilks is here to get this defense over the top of this playoff hill, now he better get it done

He needs to play a full game. Can't half ass it in the SB.

Only if we can find better. But his seat should certainly not be safe. Can't say the same though if we win it all...

It's so weird. Defense can look so soft in the first half of games, and then tighten up in the second half.
Usually, it's not an issue because other teams feel the pressure of our offense putting 30 points up... but the Lions and Packers games have shown our defense isn't infallible if you can run the ball.

Yeah if we win the Superbowl, its hard to really fire your DC. Well unless the game is like 50-49 and our defense just looked completely useless.

I honestly think a lot of that was on Detroit and their playcalling. After running up and down the field in the 1st half, they abandoned the run in the 2nd half.
