Should the 49ers retain Steve Wilks?

I'm really not seeing that approach. Dudes just aren't winning. Hargrave, Bosa and AA are all under achieving. The rest of our de's are just scrubs. The pass rush looked just like this last year. The difference was the stunts and twists allowing Omenihu to make plays. Before that it allowed Arden Key to make plays. This year nobody is making those plays Remeber the whole d line was a no show in terms of pass rush last year.

But who would we get then? Even salehs first year wasn't that great, then he learned how to use his group in the following years

Totally agree. Wilks has been a plus for the secondary and a minus for the Dline. Hope we go with someone young again, with lots of new ideas next go around.

Bull. We didn't just flat out directly rush 4 play after play expecting to win. This ain't high school.

It's a love hate relationship

Who's responsible for all the missed tackles and non existent pass rush? Too much talent on this team for them to be performing as bad as they did tonight.

Is that on him, Kocourek, or the players though?

One minute I want him gone the next I praise him. Secondary had some blow coverages but also a lot of slipping. Next week should be clearer so less wet conditions. But wow the defense clutched up well the 4th quarter despite ST and even themselves putting them in bad positions.

Yeet this dude into the sun. Pass rush especially, has been trash since he took over. Rest of the defense a shell of themselves. The talent of the players alone has carried them the entire season.
