No field should be covered, they should play in the elements. Only have a roof for the fans, like Miami did.

Yeah I think that is the best solution. Keep the field open but at least make the games comfortable for your fans.

Hey manly man tough guy, people care because Brock didn't perform well in the one true rain game he played in this year (browns). That might be the reason people don't want the niners to play in the rain

Bingo

Brock's very first start last year against the Bucs was in the light rain. I remember it well in the stands wearing a poncho and hoping our rookie would do ok. After he was destroyed on a blitz on his first throw, and got a roughing penalty he was money all game until he was rested with almost a full quarter left.

That was the Browns, who are a very complete defense and played unbelievably tough at home this season. Trent Williams also got hurt really early in that game, leaving the OL shorthanded against a very aggressive defense. Rain or shine, that was going to be a tough matchup for the 49ers offense, even when you ignore the injuries.

Meanwhile the Packers have their best CB and LB coming into the game gimped up, having to try and tackle McCaffrey and Deebo in rainy conditions.

Packers are used to terrible weather. Practice and games. Awful weather favors them. They are used to practice and games in that. Not so much us.

This isn't exactly true. I live 30 mins from Green Bay and have been to their practice field which is indoors. They aren't practicing outdoors and "toughing" up like some people think.

Go be a fan of another team then

The soft underbelly of the west coast needs to man the F up….the strong military bases in the PNW and Southern CA are hours away to come to its defence if ever an enemy force invades the Bay Area—this weak mindset is ludicrous…soy seepage in the water no doubt. Gross.

Besides Trent Williams, Don't forget McCaffery was out AND Deebo was out. The Browns would have easily lost by double digits. 3 ALL PRO's were out on offense but hey, context doesn't matter.

Tomorrow the niners will roll the Packers like we've done for so many years now and we will wait for the next false narrative based off of an incredibly small sample size.
