Kyle is still 3 years younger than Bill Walsh when Bill Walsh started his coaching career in 1979. Kyle still has a lot of room to grow.

If he was going to change he would have. He's coached in this league a very long time. Kyles ego is the issue. Something tells me Bill didn't have an ego like a Kyle.
