Well, on the other hand your roster is incredibly young and talented, you have a very good head coach and a solid GM, all that needs to be done is firing off Barry and Carlson into the sun and you'll be good to go.

True but Green Bay is better and younger than Seattle, especially if they can upgrade their LB spots.
