I dunno, I think Thomas would have made those same mistakes in dry weather. He was just getting beat.

He had surgery on his hand on Jan 2, he has essentially 3 weeks of not practicing. He said he was rusty and working himself back. He made mental mistakes. I'm hoping that now he's been practicing a few weeks and has a game of reps under him, that he gets back into the fold.

greenlaw slipped a few times on plays, ward slipped on a big play, Gipson slipped on the touchdown play, Gipson (or Logan) had a PI too. Defense was getting too wide on some run plays etc. numerous unnecessary penalties (even false starts on offense at home…), Ray Ray running the wrong routes.

all examples of us beating ourselves, not being sharp. That's the only way I see us losing, by beating ourself. If we clean those little things up, the Green Bay game is a drastically different story - we had the right plan, just poor execution.
