defense. Stop their run game???
and our d line should be able to pressure Goff.
offense. Chip away and pound cmc then pa deep should be there.
Seems like the intermediate game is always open against the lions.

I've been saying since early in the season that Detroit would be a tough matchup for the 49ers. I do think that it helped that they didn't cakewalk against Green Bay and had to cowboy up in order to win. Rust certainly won't be a concern and after yesterday, absolutely no one is going to be overlooking the Lions.

That DET offense goes as their running game goes. Goff played alright but he almost threw an INT in the endzone early in the game. Only averaged 6.7 YPA. He has a 82.0 passer rating and a 5:4 TD to INT ratio in games played on grass.

Don't let Hutchinson run over McKivitz and get Purdy killed.

The thing about the lions is they don't give up. So we will have to stay aggressive and step on their throat. I don't want to see a conservative gameplan. I want us to attack and keep attacking. Defense needs to be aggressive and make Goff uncomfy.

Their defense is crap
Niners win, and no rain to slow down Purdy. Hopefully Deebo plays

I've heard that dome teams don't do well on the road in the playoffs. Not sure what the stats are though.

Chiefs won SB last year right, remember they had their kind of close scare game with Jacksonville just like we did with GB. I don't know at least it sounds good. Actually they barely pulled the AFC championship out of their ass against Cincinnati.

Would expect us to come out throwing provided Kyle isn't shellshocked and Purdy isn't out of the trust tree, lol.

Kyle remembers I'm sure.

I have posted a couple of Goff's stats twice already in this thread.

Goff is the ideal prey for our D line. Wish they'd figure out the mobile QB conundrum, but as far as matchups go, he is the type of QB they can sink their teeth into.
