Lol, you're going way out on a limb there, didn't GB just beat the lions a month or so ago?

Those WRs and Love in a dome you probably carve em up. You'll get your shots next year.

I'm not trying to take anything away from you guys but this hurts cause I think we could have made it to the Super Bowl. I think we're better than Detroit.

It'll be up to the offense to put points on the board with tuddies and not fieldgoals.

Agree, I think it will be Kyles offense as the difference maker. If Deebo is relatively healthy (so far no fracture) Kyle should have a much more consistent offense this weekend.

49ers defense did a decent job stopping the Green Bay running game. Hopefully the equipment managers do a better job on the cleats and footwork.

It should be an easy win, relatively speaking - if Kyle's offense is at or near 💯% health.

Aaron Jones had 18 carries and 108 yards rushing. If it is because it is Aaron Jones and it was raining, I can agree somewhat. But in general I wouldn't agree giving up over 100 yards on the ground is good.

Half his yards came on 1 run and he averaged 3.2 yards per carry on the other 17 carries.

Lions will be without starting OG Jonah Jackson. So according to NC, that's a sure victory

And Ragnow is only at 80% according to campbell. (unless that was just a figure of speech)

Rag now was in a TON of pain, clearly, that last game. The coach almost took him out. We are gonna put harm on him.

Agree.

At the very least game plan to go at him if possible.

Still a good line though.

Jonah Jackson for Lions officially out. Had knee surgery.

Agreed. Packers beat lions in DET and beat the cowboys in DAL. DET struggled on offense against the cowboys. GB put up 48 points on the cowboys.

We barely beat a decent 9-7 Green Bay team and a lot here are saying this will be easy. If not for some GB mistakes we might not even be here. We did not play well at all and while the weather had its impact there was far more than weather that nearly lost us a game against a decent but not great team. This game is not going to be easy amd to think Detroit just limped their way in to the NFCC is just stupid. Now I agree we should win but if we play like we did last week, we will not win. Plain and simple.

Something is off with our team lately. It can't be the rust, because the ravens were ok with it. I think if we fix our mistakes, we can beat any NFC team.
In order to beat Detroit, Purdy has to play better, we need Deebo, and the defense needs to get to Goff. Steve Wilks please do something.

This and Goff has similar arm strength to Brock. If weather is an issue, it will be so for both qbs

Goff has a stronger arm.

b******t bro. His arm strength is average. That's why they traded him for Stafford.

If you don't think Goff has a stronger arm, you're fibbing

I think they let up a bit at the end of the season, especially as the Eagles lost so we could back into the #1 seed. I was skeptical about the weather because both teams have to play in it, but our guys appeared to be slipping more and Brock struggled with it. Also think our guys thought too highly of themselves and while they said they weren't taking their opponent lightly, they probably did.

When the game ended, I had little confidence going into next week, but with a couple sleeps I feel like this is the wake up call they needed for the final stretch.

It was the rain. The equalizer of the game. Packer WR wide open for TDs because our DBs were slipping and falling. packer DBs couldn't hold on to the ball for int, luckily our defense could.

Clearly you weren't around during the Chip Kelly days when everyone in here was talking/watching Goff as a prospect

https://www.nfl.com/prospects/jared-goff/3200474f-4621-9636-7354-d2eb6365d257

They got rid of Goff because he folds like a lawn chair when there's a sniff of pressure. Not because he has a weak arm.

comparing Stafford's arm talent to just about any QB is silly.
