I want to see some AA belly rubs, and/or Hargrave jumping front kicks this game.

The conspiracy theorist in me thinks the NFL wants Lions vs Chiefs. Eminem vs Taylor Swift.

This was my thought, so cringe

Damn right

I keep seeing this idea thrown around in this thread a lot. What quantitative proof do you have to back this up? The Lions need to be more concerned about their terrible pass defense than we do about our average to good run defense. Because if they can't stop our passing game, their run game will become obsolete.
Yep, I expect Brock to be throwing some dots but I do hope our D tightens up, nonetheless.

We barely beat a decent 9-7 Green Bay team and a lot here are saying this will be easy. If not for some GB mistakes we might not even be here. We did not play well at all and while the weather had its impact there was far more than weather that nearly lost us a game against a decent but not great team. This game is not going to be easy amd to think Detroit just limped their way in to the NFCC is just stupid. Now I agree we should win but if we play like we did last week, we will not win. Plain and simple.

Something is off with our team lately. It can't be the rust, because the ravens were ok with it. I think if we fix our mistakes, we can beat any NFC team.

I think they let up a bit at the end of the season, especially as the Eagles lost so we could back into the #1 seed. I was skeptical about the weather because both teams have to play in it, but our guys appeared to be slipping more and Brock struggled with it. Also think our guys thought too highly of themselves and while they said they weren't taking their opponent lightly, they probably did.

When the game ended, I had little confidence going into next week, but with a couple sleeps I feel like this is the wake up call they needed for the final stretch.

Sometimes teams need that scare. I think we went through it during the season and Saturday night was a good reminder.

It was the rain. The equalizer of the game. Packer WR wide open for TDs because our DBs were slipping and falling. packer DBs couldn't hold on to the ball for int, luckily our defense could.

Why did we slip so much more than the Packers. We played at home. Who is responsible for this?

Those WRs and Love in a dome you probably carve em up. You'll get your shots next year.

I'm not trying to take anything away from you guys but this hurts cause I think we could have made it to the Super Bowl. I think we're better than Detroit.

I think Green Bay would of made a the SB too. I don't think Detroit is all that, especially with some key injuries right now - missing a stud guard, ailing Center, lost their best run blocking TE, La Porta is on one leg. I think Goff is average to above average, without a strong run game he isn't reliable.

i think Green Bay peaked at the right time and their young talent was super confident. I think in nirmal weather, we would of beat them worse, but it is what it is. The cards fell Green Bay's way until the end there.

If I'm not mistaken, the 1957 chip against us was their last win and they had a massive comeback. Lol
Starting LG for Detroit is OUT. Starting C Ragnow has been banged up all year and aggravated several injuries in the Divisional Game. LaPorta aggravated his knee injury as well.

Nah, two biggest markets left are us and the chiefs (especially with swift). Factor in the "49ers V Chiefs II". It's their biggest earning potential.

49ers easily have the biggest following left. Chiefs have a superstar QB and Swift. Lol

Their backup gave up a bunch of pressures yesterday

It'll be up to the offense to put points on the board with tuddies and not fieldgoals.

Agree, I think it will be Kyles offense as the difference maker. If Deebo is relatively healthy (so far no fracture) Kyle should have a much more consistent offense this weekend.

49ers defense did a decent job stopping the Green Bay running game. Hopefully the equipment managers do a better job on the cleats and footwork.

It should be an easy win, relatively speaking - if Kyle's offense is at or near 💯% health.

Aaron Jones had 18 carries and 108 yards rushing. If it is because it is Aaron Jones and it was raining, I can agree somewhat. But in general I wouldn't agree giving up over 100 yards on the ground is good.

Half his yards came on 1 run and he averaged 3.2 yards per carry on the other 17 carries.
You can say the same about CMC. And that 1 run happened to be HUGE for both

That 53 yarder was not huge for GB. They ended up missing a FG on that drive which gave us the opportunity to score a game winner instead of a game tyer.
