Not sure if it was mentioned but Strahan was a disaster at the NFC presentation.

Why you say that? Haha.

Didn't seem interested in being up there?

He ignored Joe Montana then he asked Kyle what it was like going in HT down 17-0.....then yelled screamed not saying anything useful.

what happened?

Gave the trophy to Montana to give to Jed York and Montana didn't want to give it to him. Lmao

Montana seemed like he didn't hear or know what to do. Senior moment 😬

Strahan hands the trophy to Joe, ackward pause, then talks across Montana to Jed while he is still holding the trophy.

I thought it at the moment, and just went back to watch it again - that bomb to Aiyuk WAS a TD! There is contact with the defender, but it comes before he secures the catch. And his knee is off the ground just before the second defender touches him. I noticed when they showed the reply they didn't show the endzone view, which would have shown it best. But also concerning, it was the ref that was running right beside Aiyuk that threw the flag - for them just to say there was no penalty. He was 6 feet from the players, looking RIGHT at them - and threw the flag. Nobody could have had a better vantage point then him. I don't see a penalty, so I have no idea what he was doing. But also, if he saw something - who overturned it?

I think if Aiyuk doesn't catch that ball, the penalty sticks as DPI. The defender impeded his route to catch the ball. But since he caught it, they just negated the penalty.

Then they should have announced the penalty, and gave the 49ers the option to decline. That's how it's supposed to be done. But especially at the point where the flag was thrown, I see the defender in good position - turned back looking for the ball and making a play on the ball. It honestly looks to me like the refs were trying to give us the play, no matter what.

The Lions lost this game. Basically s**t the bed by taking 6 points off the board on those 4th downs. Dan Campbell is an idiot. Exact opposite of Kyle. I get being aggressive, but his calls were Brandon Staley level stupid.

Worked in our favor of course. But Lions were the better team…

You are comedy gold...I 'm glad I didn't put you on ignore.

Not sure if this was already discussed but what a huge disappointment that Strahan kept talking and not letting Montana make some type of speech as he handed the trophy to York. Poor Joe looked confused because Strahan wouldn't shut up.

I caught all this live, Strahan instructed Joe to pass the trophy down to Jed, and Joe clearly didn't hear the message. That's why Joe kept the trophy. Strahan went on to interview or talk to someone else and after that talk, mentioned again for Joe to pass the trophy down, which he did.

Not sure why Joe was even up there. He has nothing to do with getting that trophy. He knew it too by the looks of his face. Like why tf am I holding this?

You're a niner fan, and you don't know why the winningest qb in franchise history and one of the greatest to ever play the position was up there as an honorary captain to present the trophy?

Reading the comments, I find it amusing how so many people hate the niners. Most of these guys have seen their team win in the last 15 years or less, meanwhile we're pushing 30.

Its been almost 30 and many of those franchises still haven't caught up. They hate us because they don't want us to get six.

Lol just randomly stumbled across this. Poor Lions fans. It is pretty impressive filling up an empty stadium though.
