I think that one Chiefs fan that was here has the right idea about defending Kelce. Hit him at the LoS so he doesn't get a clean release. Then incorporate what Luke Kuechley said about not taking your eyes off Kelce since he doesn't run traditional routes.

I have seen it work more than once. Typically in our own division. The Broncos employ it often. I've seen him beat double teams and that causes other issues

The only thing that makes it difficult is he motions a lot for a TE. This makes it more difficult

Kelce is big enough and powerful enough to just blow right through double teams. That won't stop him.
no he isnt. teams just let him run free.. why, i have no clue?

I have watched every Chiefs game since Kelce started to be a force. The only thing that worked is if he is chipped off the line. In fact I have seen him chipped twice on some occasions. If the answer is Ward one on one he will be abused. If he faces Zone it will be even worse. He knows where the holes are every time. Him and mahomes are on a level not seen before. Watch the 13 second video from the Bills game a couple years ago. Even as a non chiefs fan it is something to watch. Like they were playing against sixth graders. Abuse at the line is the only thing that works consistently. It does frustrate him
if you let him run around then you are going to get burnt. he's not some beast like kittle

bump him, chip him. throw off that timing will/can throw wrenches in their plays

A big one that's different is not having Tyreek Hill anymore. While the Chiefs are still the Chiefs and they have Mahomes the deep threats are not the same. Having the fastest man in the league, a great route runner and hands that can catch was a big difference. They got a bunch of head cases who don't try. Like Kadarius Toney. Other guys who don't have great hands and the ball will bounce off sometimes. They will drop even a perfect pass.

The 49ers are not as perfect as the media makes it out to be either. The offensive line is not perfect outside of Trent Williams the LT. The front 7 is very good but the back end has some problems. The injury to Hufanga (ACL - out for season) weakened the Safety spot. Cover corners are not great except for Charvarious Ward who we got from you. On personnel and name recognition you would think they would be great against the run. But that's not been the case lately. Teams run all over on us. I hate the defensive coordinator Steve Wilks. He seems like a big downgrade from what we had in the past. His run and pass schemes are weak and allow a lot of big plays. To be honest I am a lot more worried about our defense and how many huge plays they give up. Than worry about Brock Purdy and the offense which is usually the least of our problems. Very over blown media narrative there IMO.
Good news, Taylor Swift will be performing in Japan on the same weekend as the Super Bowl, so she wont be at the game in Las Vegas. .

yeah, tell me how I'm dramatic again and how much credit Jed deserves. I'll
The Yorks messed this team up they were not fans and made a toxic environment. Where the Niners were a team people wanted to come to, became a no go team. Jed was given the team and I am sure talked with his uncle Eddie. Long story short he has helped bring the team back to a place coaches & players want to be. I really don't care how rich or spoiled he is. He hired the right people and has basically gotten out of the way. Eddie got the team from his dad buying it for him LOL. So as a fan of the 49ers since the 70's I am pretty happy where we're at!!! We could be a lot worse off and have that Dallas guy owning the team. Go Niners, and go get that Lombardy!!!!!

For sure we are different, but I don't think we are here without getting rid of Hill. His last year with us was not good. Teams figured out play deep safeties and they will get frustrated. Hill had several drops and was often ineffective. The trade brought back a couple good picks. Once Rice figured it out late in the season he became an equal or better than what we had in JuJu. I don't think we are in the SB the last two years if Hill stays. I don't know if Toney will play or not, it's been a weird couple weeks. He made a couple big plays in last year's SB but I agree he is a head case

Yes, she can fly halfway around the world and back in record time, that's what first class is for.

Again, the haves and have nots.

A private bed in the back where you can sleep is great for not getting too much jet lag. But still with the time zone difference I'm sure she will be exhausted.

Brock to JJ back of the endzone, sprint right option to win it

Jajuan had a couple of Clutch game-winning catches in college. Check out his UT career highlights. He's clutch as f**k.

This lol. Not sure if he's ever flown 1st class or not, but it gets you there at the exact same time as coach…
Does anyone else think Special Teams could be the most important part of the game?

Yes. The game is half offense, half defense, and half special teams.

Lol gotta yell at Ray Ray before the game to cover the bases lol
Niners defense needs to take a long look in the mirror. Accountability. This is the f**king Super Bowl, you better give max effort. Chase Young and Givens jogging on a run play was BS! That was the NFC championship for crying out loud.

I cannot and will not tolerate low effort, being out muscled or being out hit.
